Crisis Management is Meant to Be Built Up!

 What bothers me, and not just because its 4-20 is Crisis Management is Meant to be Built Up! There are reasons for Crisis Management, and all of them are not to be used up like an Ice Pack.

Frankly, Soft Leadership is a Danger and an even Worse Danger if your a Dude who has Zero Backbone and Plenty of Status! I don't know or worse, want to know a World without Pasadena, Macy's or Grandma's, but that is besides the point.

I'd feel that way too many Fires Burn that don't Involve Sean Kingston, and worse, I do not see No PSI to Handle them in the Way we'd handle them. I doubt hiring People off the Street into High Major Positions, because Delivering Pizzas is No Option, solves anything.

Frankly, being Egged On is an everyday thing, and not just because its Easter. If we where meant to be Built Up, we'd be deep into 2051 and we'd still be more fortified than we are now.

I'd feel we are running emptier on Scrubs, and I'd see way too many Chili and Not Bluey's Mom. I'd feel that we'd run out or near running out of Functioning Adults before we'd raid High School and College.

Being "Scared to Lose" doesn't stir up trust, it does the exact opposite. 

We are not in the Hair Color Phase!

I would feel angry, if not irate, that we would be down to the Hair Color Phase of Panic Buying! What is not good is everyone is not taking the Husband Chair Well, which is to not be a Jerk or a Creep after a certain age. I feel like for all the Sports News that has been broken, we don't see a final answer on the NBA or NHL at this point and I would feel People would trump Purchases, and I don't really like wanting to always be a rally for people.

With Maple Grove's Sale Falling Apart and the NHRA insisting on Full Audiences before they could get going, I feel there is an audio lament, if not a visual or a social lament in not having the Indianapolis 500 in its proper time and I would be more than happy to drag out a July 4th Firecracker 400 again like it is a Balanced Budget Amendment. (I feel like some of these rehashes are necessary because we have been brainwashed out of being conservative.)

We'd have deeper issues than Hair Color, and I would have counted 14 Full Time Cup Regulars Starting and Finishing the iRacing Pro Invitational and 15 Full Time Cup Regulars Starting every one of them same races. I would feel like the things that would need covering would be the opposite of People's Moms, especially if they are Female, and actual opportunities.

What I would feel deep down is just don't even try to test people up and I feel we'd need another look at etiquette and netiquette and the only problem is people are not just not interested, they don't care to be interested. Panic Buys have bit us in the rear and I feel rotten that things are where they are and I wished we'd be reopened, but, I'd see I'd want serious business and not just Poker Face, as that is a real problem

I am not an influencer, and that World is Not For Nothing!

I am not an influencer, and to make life even worse than it has to, some influencers big time retreated, namely the New York City influencers who escaped, but, the fact the Internet did not let them get away entirely.

I do not make enough to just have checks just come down like Money For Nothing. A few of these choice influencers act like their Checks Come for Free and their kids' grandkids don't have to work for squat. The lid there is they are not that deep, and even if they tried, they still aren't that deep.

The only thing some of these influencers leave is their home lives are upside down and when the instant their kids turn into adolescents, they'd run wild with no control. And, mind you, we had Cal Ripken,Jr. talk big about parenting in our formative years.

This is not a fruitless proposition. There are people who make it seem fruitless like other people make it easy. The road to Ted Williams Sponsors is long in good times and we let anyone go for a 5 Year Period like we didn't have lint in our pockets.

If we would have been by the book in hindsight, we would have not scrambled to have something in our lives. No, instead, we skipped scenes, played Hot, Fast and Loose and knowing the lid is blown, we are extremely bitter and ornery.

The bad thing is everything comes in waves, and shopping money has not came yet, even though we have Chicago Commuted back Home as fast as we where on the road. The guilt that equalizes things is people decide for themselves and a lot of these tastemakers in music took great chances at Music Videos and destablilized Popular Culture in the Process.

Our elders would say, Popular Culture is not a race. How could it be a race when it changed at least a Dozen Times, careers are disposable, and we are always put off like we are not first priority?

You Feel Good Things and Bad Things The Same Too!

I feel that this is an emotional post in an emotional time, especially when you'd feel "Islands in the Stream"'s Rhythm and instead, you'd get "Ghetto Supastar" Where ODB walked in to a Firestorm and Bodied Pras's Career and rerouted Mya's Trajectory. I feel that in my trajectories, which have been played with many of times like the playing of the teacher, I'd feel pain that your supposed to feel the rhythm, not play with it!

I am not an audiophile, but, I do feel strong enough even if they dislocated the 500 through no fault of its own, I still want the ABC Dial again! The dial is strong enough in this case like I'd split if we had a multi-day ordeal.

I'd feel equally, in my lifetime, losing Neil Bonnett at School and America Winning the American Boston Marathon at Work. This is not an apathetic New Mexico playing down a Deep NCAA Run to Red Hot Trash, especially when that Red Hot Trash included suing your way BACK to School when you where Rightfully Expelled! Brendan Fraser whole trajectory was rocked by not having Aaliyah, amid other things.

I feel like not necessarily opining Kenny Rogers just because we lost him, but, he was the Gambler Chassis with CK Spurlock, KC "Hollywood" Spurlock's true life Father. I feel guilt that for as much as I'd love Steve Torrence the Metalsmith, but, Steve Torrence the Swamp Rat Tribute would not have garnered love because he slugged the Hometown, Peanut Selling, Odd Job, Huntington Beach Hero, Cameron Ferre, and that cuts into Marion!

The empty names made me upset as much if not more than the Triple Crown in 2015, 6 Days into my 30's, as I would not have handled more Triple Crown losses, even in a period where it became fashionable.

Giving Everything and then Nothing..

If we where true to the Children First state of mind where we'd give everything to the Children and nothing else to nobody else, there'd be complaints, too. The real complaint against our fortune is not having to miss out on the economy, and then get dropped from the middle of the sky.

I feel after the New Year, we are either stingy to be stingy, or stingy to be fashionable after giving to be fashionable. It is out of control and I don't know if the Nuclear Option of Breaking Up these Giants will help things for a while, then we'd have a settling out period that is unwieldy.

We'd have to implore our Springfields at some point in time, even if "The Simpsons" will get 1 More Recording Season en route to a Movie Sequel and they'd have to jewel "Family Guy" into a similar studio season for a Silver Screen Movie. We are not going at things evenly and it makes it worse if we are aristocratic.

Nobody could force nobody into doing things, unless it is the courts. Certainly, we wouldn't have enough air in the room if we had to vote Presidental and worse, we don't have anyone we can go 10991 Votes as that could swing like the pendulum and Voter Registration would be thinner.

A lot of things would have to be at the Personal or Individual Level. I feel this Ambush Fundraising has not gone away. How it is gone is Frat Boys and or Boys with No Dad or Male Authority saying "You Can't Do That" and their Male Elders went when the economy went bad ambush fundraising All My Ladies and that's not alright.

It is less alright that you'd not cut a merchandising run for your school. Teachers won't like people shopping until the Nothing Left and then some to keep 4 or 5 Days of School and you wouldn't always have a built in 3 or 4 Day Weekend. It should be Youngest Children First, On Merit 2nd.

Conscription would only beget more Violence and we're not built for a Social Service Draft. We will at some point, but this is not the time or place. I feel like we are still on the worse side of Summer Vacation and we'd can't all be "Pics or Nothing at All" especially if Interstate and International Commerce is involved. People want discussions or if they can't all webcam or Sports Bar, we'd have to feel things equally and evenly, especially if Word Came Out about Good or Bad Things.

Crisis Management is Necessary in the New Year

I don't think as a Community Member at home in Eastern Iowa, we are doing enough to keep people at home or my favorite, safe at home. I feel Crisis Management is Necessary in the New Year and I am beating the same Screaming Drum out of existence, but, we only got 5 More Saturdays until the Caucus Mania leaves town and we are already peckish.

We are already peckish and that is without our January Emptiness or better yet, wanting to starve in a Blizzard of 2020 into existence. I wouldn't even want to get going about our Tax Dollars and an After All These Years Trial Pecking into our Timelines.

Spring would be the time and the place to be fresh. Instead, we'd have nothing and we'd get Defensive and Territorial for the Road Map Out of Cedar Rapids in the Midwest League. It is a doozy to expect Sports Entertainment to be BOTH Jobs and Entertainment, but, we out of hand out here.

I'd flip if it was Jobbers and Actors playing serious positions. Having Commitment on itself is not good or not fun. What does Narcolepsy teach besides nothing to the end?

I feel Continuous Improvement has gotten rusted in a lot of places and getting it functional is not going to be an easy job. We supposed to be the example, we supposed to take pride in our Eastern Iowa Workmanship, but, I do not see 1 Iota of Local Ownership or Single Local Ownership in Our Media.

Northeast has to have an anchor, too and I would be flip if Goose Lake did not have an anchor the same as Fairfax. I don't like overcrowding, nor do I like or appreciate having to dodge the serious matters because our President is going to be a President Romeo and he'd try to use every chance to get another Wife before it would be all said and done in his 2nd Term.

Crisis Management Issues are Digging at Everyone

I feel like it is not fun to see Crisis Management Issues break us uglier and nastier than 2001 or 2005 End. This year has been total rump and then some, and I don't want to even get started on being bureaucratic, or even political when we only have 5 More Saturdays until the Instant the Political Operatives Leave Town.

It is not even about Rehab, nor it is all about Midnight Basketball. We'd have to be both safe and in control of our emotions and not just destructive just to play Midnight Basketball with regularity. I cannot and will not hack if everyone had Weapons because that would make losses even more senseless and people have to feel better about redemption, quality of life, or the whole life's work.

With regularity, I feel like we'd just put people in and out like Employee Assistance Programs are nonfactors. I hate to see my Home drug in the Mud, and everyone hates to see their Home drug in the mud. It is not a good housing market when strange men give Homes and Cars to Girls and Women and after a while, they couldn't put up their own money on their own time.

Cosigns are the Devil and then some, period. Cosigns only want to put you on, or worse, put you on in a hurry without the Community's Approval anywhere. Not from civilized adults, not from the establishment, not from anyone!

Sponsors, if you let them, can be your friends, advocates, and champions. What they'd be if you'd pocket their money without something back in return tangible, is cold, is hurtful and is not your friend. The whole shtick of wanting another Mom doesn't fly and it flies less if your elders reputation is Iversonian, as sponsors are shattering, too.

We Literally Losing Everyone!

I feel like venting more than anything because we literally losing everyone! I hate to rehash my favorite Last Summer and Fall Hash, but, what fun most places would it not be if it was January 6th and it back to 8 More Misery Inducing Weeks of Winter like Nothing Ever Was to Happen!

I'd find for my last words, today, I'd really not want to hear about who is sainted, who is gone, who is not here, and all that trash! I feel that in my Ail-Posting, which wouldn't be the same as Ail-Tweeting,  we ain't on either Slim Fast or Crash Diet Losses, but, instead, the not being fed losses because no one fed us like School Lunch.

Better than that, knowing from my experience, having kids run wild because no one fed them at Summer Break. That is a less good image of my Summers, too. Frankly, you can't go to School without having to carry your relatives like your High School Odessa High.

To be fair, I'd root for a MOJO! coming to my Bigger Schools, but, it would mean more if Odessa High came to Iowa City. We ain't the people that it just means more, but, I'd want to see that 1st City Hex go down through Cedar Rapids Jefferson in High School Football.

I couldn't change the past or control other people's moods, but, we should be there enough for crisis management. I'd feel as if we couldn't pull we all we got like St. Louis if we tearing each other down, and it hard to be the truth if we couldn't build our own stuff.

I don't think we'd pull anything for anything, because Black Holes would happen. We don't have "We Built This City" Elliott, Bill Simpson or Coach Fry. That would be the recent losses and that is really not good.

What about Critical Thinking and Crisis Management?

I feel like what is not good is don't trust a Man who treated a starlet like a toy with critical decisions. I feel like we are guilty of an AAUized Landscape that just eats money no matter what. I'd think Randy Duncan, our lone Rose Bowl Hero's 40th was celebrated further, James Street's, the Big Shootout Hero's 40th was celebrated further.

The shame in all of this is having dudes who made all these other dudes, for worse. They are not Bob Hope, even if Justin Timberlake saved the Bob Hope from going away, to the critiques of fellow golfers. Our PGA Tour sadly is in their 20s and 30s.

If Patrick Reed is Captain America and David Stern's Health is falling off, we can't go back. What I think in the Olympic Cycle, I want to see Ambassadors and not just John Hunter Nemechek, and I feel guilty the Girls will get wise, if not their Children.

If we had to be Kendrick, focus would have to be next. Most of us are not comfortable with anyone who'd be a bigger lech than Pete Rose even. Actors and Jobbers do not resolve our problems, unless its Star Trek or Clay Millican winning in the NHRA.

Critical Thinking is not something you'd score 500 out of 100 on at School. I cannot state enough the lowlights  and I cannot take enough Senior Day in Baton Rouge or Auburn from the other Junior or Senior Days.

Crisis Management is very overused to a blot to the point we'd have nothing. I feel strength should be used correctly, too, and School has helped people save themselves from Prison, too.

The State Should Practice Accountability

I feel since the King Surge, our state's habit of unaccountability has worsened. Being dented RAGBRAI L, or 50 is not a good feeling, and I'd feel if it was left to Corporate Sponsorship, it wouldn't be the same family.

Our state will be 175 in 3 Years and State University would be 175 Not Even 60 Days Later. I don't want a Marion to Washington, Alburnett to Mount Vernon, or Clemson to Tennessee flip in character. In 3 Years, Billie Eilish would have her hot and dark 18th Birthday and having to canal her 19th and 20th Birthday and Christmas before her 21st Meant 21st Birthday in 2022.

For all we know, a West Liberty Comet would have gone from beating Iowa City West to Legal Problems keeping them out of the house and a West Liberty Belle would go from Potential Hawkeye to Teen Mom and Stat instead of Homecoming and Prom Date. (Sadly, that all really happened before and West Liberty is Comets wholly like Bellevue). Or, Bellevue would be rip the Bad Bar over the Captain or the Superintendo's Chair all over again and we'd be stuck with the most dangerous thing in High School Sports instead of model citizens.

I feel as Citizen and Role Model for Kids, I do not claim pride or perfection. But, Our Governor is not the Law is the Law, the Auditor before Rob Sand, Mary Mosiman, left our checkbook open and the 4 Stooges (Nick,Nock, Jamison and Boulton) are leaving our state out of pocket for NCAA Issues.

Chinese New Year Numbers would be bad news in a Big City. The only level way to take handouts is if you where starving, and protocol's protocol. I don't know if Uncle Sam's Reject lit up a better Cy-Hawk than the one we got, or Vodka Samm or Vodka Slams would be regular occurances around here, but, I feel like I don't want to even consider carrying my person or people the wrong way if I was 200 even.

The attitude of "Let's Not Waste A Crisis" is Way too Awful

I feel on the border of an Unlucky 7th Year, the attitude of "Let's Not Waste A Crisis" is way too awful. Nobody really feeds off that mentality that is reasonable, and the Spies' Reports make us leakier and more worse off than we where before.

And, mind you, it being the first Fall Since 1983 beating Ohio State at Kinnick should have been a public celebration July 18th, not be buried in some other things. And, while we on other things, I feel the Concert-Festival-Healthier Music Video Clearinghouse trifecta is as necessary as the Parent-Teacher-Student Conference, even if recriminations are thrown like Sunday Morning.

And, I don't feel pride in my Twentysomething Southeast Side Eroding to the Point of No Return. Mind you, it WAS Neighborhood Cedar Rapids, and mind you again, the Arson Until Proven Otherwise Attitude is stressing desks out, and we've tried to laugh it off, but, it hurts too bad to be funny.

And, I thought we where on the Enviromental Champion Oregon or Colorado. Instead, everyone that Young wants to escape to Oregon from Iowa, and everything else is colluded worse from Colorado.

The Fear of MIT (Or Anyone Else) Stealing Harvard-Yale in the Future Again..

I wasn't necessarily going to post for the cycle today, but, the fear of MIT Stealing Harvard-Yale again in the future is a real thought. And, it was part of the Original Surreal Day in College Football, November 20th,1982. And, we know Turf has been specialized and we don't necessarily have any real respect unless we have to carve the right walls, and we'd not be in the best place.

This is not a license to just be delinquent, even though we are in an edgier period than any I'd recall SINCE the Early 1970s. And, mind you, the fear of MIT or Anyone Else stealing Harvard-Yale in the future would make any Sportsman's Blood Ice White like an Elderly Bruce Wayne and not for the best.

And, even though we'd have more security than a Bad Store, but, that doesn't stop willies or worse and the whole pursuit of Sport is the Safe Pursuit of Result and Consequence.

And, I try to keep it family because we are on a Kinda Family Blog, but, I feel anger in the outage of critical thinking, and to make like worse, disrespect in our public office is not good, especially when disrespect and nepotism is the brand.

The Collar has Became More Common than "Hi, Welcome To (Which Company You'd Work For)"

I feel the salty anger that the Collar has become more common than "Hi, Welcome to (Fill In the Blank Company)" . As an Early 2000s Adolescent, and a 2010s Adult, I feel that focus has been lost when we got what we wanted and we'd use medicine worse than Ferris Bueller.

And, I feel salty rage in misusing and disusing Goats. If you Muhammad Ali, or the Next Muhammad Ali, you have to have Strong Principles. I love being good for Corporate America, which is a gravy boat, but, Not Everyone's Rusty Wallace, and not everyone is good at the right thing to do even.

And, curiousity is and killed the cat, too. I don't want a Drug Addict for Heisman, because I feel like I'd have vivid rememberance of wondering Mike Wilbon's "What if Johnny Manziel was Black?" and finding that answer out horrifically. If no one in your neighborhood scores 1635 on College Entry Tests and you can't leave like you Pro, at least race the US Nationals or Win the Tour de France between jobs.

Kids don't know loftiness, sadly, and I'd feel Kenny Wallace needs at least 1 Proper Season Championship to trek home to St. Louis and my Classmates Kids Grandkids. School great, but, school should be weeding out bad actors who's grades and drugs is just as nasty as their behavior.

Crisis Management is Seriously Neglected

I feel that in this toxic period, there has to be a serious negliegence of Crisis Management. And, it is not fun, and the leanness in traditional Music Award Shows is not going away softly.

And, we can't take anyone being abducted, let alone a celebrity almost nearly being abducted and having it be in the air of Lil Wayne almost keep dying from the Lean, which has been passed all around like Powerball Jackpots. And, I do want to see focuses on Hollywood and Broadway.

Most places, there is no tanking. People will find ways to quit or worse if they are in a bad situation. And, nothing about this or this year has came lightheartedly.

Making Billions with People who are functional is tough in rosy conditions. And, I feel what is worse than nothing is making billions on an out of hand state and my peers barely get ink, let alone figures.

And, people have a habit of knowing the truth or what's up, and that should never be ripped away no matter what.

Are You Gonna Stick Like Julia Child (Or Waste My Time) Along the Way?

I feel there is so much current we don't know the past or future. And, even though Jimmie Johnson has the coolest car like 1998 Kyle Petty but, thankfully, not having to be herded to DNQ's, even if the Past Champions Provisional was played out again.

And, certainly, I can't stand no problem jocks and a problem jock a day is not good, especially if those fleas come from the same pound. And, I feel the strongest about Problem Jocks and Problem Children and both come from the same place, which is not good.

And, I feel a lot of us are Starving for anything Good or Great.  I feel for all the noise for having the Big Ten in the Frozen Four, it'd be better to include a Marshall Plan around Notre Dame REALLY being in the Big Ten.

I feel there are too many opposites, and I think even if everybody relative had to account for everyone kids within reason, I doubt Mr. Conor McGregor was nothing but, up to, and not limited to, trouble when he walked in. I'd love to believe, having the World Closed Circuit Record back at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

And, what I sense is there are more decommissioned 1 Miles than 2 Miles Superspeedway. And, Texas World having more cars than any race it had over Harvey broke its lengthy and not so happy back for good.

I mean, nobody's rolling fortunes, but, the Border War needs to stand. And as a Conference Game!

The Championship Plan for Iowa High School Football...

I feel like having to carry the rock, literally, on the Championship Plan for Iowa High School Football, as I feel I would want to start literally, on scheduling..

1. 5 Home, 5 Away. I feel the biggest "Come to Kanye" in Iowa High School Sports is having an even numbered regular season. I feel a lot of it is to due with economics as much as actually accounting for safe numbers. I feel what we don't get enough of is advocates and that does not sit fine with me.

2. Having a Single Division of Iowa High School Football. We have just as many Iowa High School Football Programs as College Football Programs. Okay, that is strectching the ball out. But, I feel it would be fun to have a territory districts just so CR Jefferson ices their City Hex if they can't do it This Fall or Mt. Vernon evolves into #1 in the State of Iowa and sends Solon packing to watching the playoffs on TV, begrudgingly.

3. Have a District Football Semifinals. That would make things easier in the Postseason as opposed to just carelessly sending a program up for 3 More Programs and acting indifferent about it.

4. Focus on Key Pieces. I've felt traditional turf rivalries be Week 10, and even if it means The Battle of the Boot at Kinnick, and having key non-conferences, including Starmont actually returning to Lisbon next Fall. I feel the true big city districts don't want to be broken up in the perjority their games can't not mean more and even more, which is what it should be designed.

I Really, Really Don't Want It to be all about Men and their Moms like Brady and Goodell

Feeling like this morning, where a regular old cacklefest would not cut it, especially if I have an annoying battle with sinuses that just won't quit here in Eastern Iowa, I feel I really, really don't want it to be all about Men and their Moms like Brady and Goodell. I feel like I don't want it to be a battle over 6 Year Old Problems.

I feel if the Big 12 Withheld future revenue from Baylor, I will go higher and harder against my rivals as in it would make more money to end the Big 12. I don't hear the droll of the shriek of breaking news at the top of my lungs or top to bottom journalism, either, but, if it was the College Football Poll everywhere we went like having World of Outlaws Sprint Cars everywhere we go, we'd feel better.

If I where to want to really be interested in making billions and trillions like everyday, I would be greatfully interested. I really wonder if the funnel cakes of our state budget aren't being made quickly enough for our state's liking?

And, beyond the something's gotta give attitude, I wonder if we would be given anything to rise and not be held back? There are so many fakes that there hard as nails to spot and to mak matters worse, would calling Nordiques Day on trading Phillip Rivers be called to the carpet?
