To think of this, when I visited Penske, I admitted I was in denial for 2 Solid Days that Alan Kulwicki was gone until I saw Peter Jellen lead the Solemn Hauler Lap into Forever.

What started the Not So Proud Tradition of the Magnificient 7 of Those that Never Had a Competitive Indianapolis Motor Speedway Lap that would have done so otherwise, which includes the Late Davey Allison, the Late Neil Bonnett, Chuck Bown, which his racing and quality of life went downhill after Pocono, the Late Greg Moore, whom I never got to say goodbye to because of my own behavior problems at the time, the Late Adam Petty, whom I swear up and down would have changed the future, and Alex Zanardi, where even with all the Other Halls of Fame he's in, I'm flushed he never Smoked the Brickyard but went A to Z to A in Cleveland.

When the ASA AC Delco Era was Full Flower, it was the 1993 to 1998 Seasons and amid other things, it was up there with everyone else, and then some. I liked the AC Delco Sponsor and Rex Robbins better than Mr. Sargent even though he got me my only Nashville Fairgrounds Promos in My House.

I don't think we'd enjoy a Full Owner Driver for Truth Defense since the Cable Age made Martinsville and Others Household Names from Sea to Shining Sea and Tony Stewart, Michael Waltrip, Denny Hamlin, or Brad Keselowski was never ever a True Single Owner Driver Hero and the Last One in Cup was the Last Day of Troy McClure in 1998.

How This Champion Lost or Found Out About Losing Alan Kulwicki

I'd tell you the Story on how I'd found out about Losing Alan Kulwicki and it's gonna be a doozy. I was laughing my butt off to "So It Comes to This: A Simpsons Clip Show" when it was the Month and a Half Coma Homer Simpson was put through when his Overshaken Duff Beer exploded and that actual Month and a Half that ensued, really was a doozy.

The next Morning, I did not want to believe Alan Kulwicki had died. I did not want to believe for a Solid Day and a Half, until I found out Peter Jellen drove the Underbird's Hauler Solemnly Back to North Carolina. Then, it hit like a ton of bricks.

There was nothing fun about finding out about losing Alan Kulwicki, as the Story has been told and retold for years and would need telling it again. 

A Solid Day and a Half.

And I still didn't want to believe it.

And, believe it, and then some. 

I'd think that even now, 1993 has been one of the Worst Years of My Life, even though I have lived in the Worst Era of My Life. I'd think one of the things that would have been different is Alan Kulwicki and Davey Allison would have been on the Brickyard 400 Honor Roll had they lived.

I still look down on April Fool's Day, for a myriad of reasons, even though it is Peak or Post-Peak Joker Culture. 

What Would Alan Kulwicki Do?

 I feel that it is permanently etched into my memory having my Dad tell me Alan Kulwicki died and not believing it for a Day and a Half in 1993. I did not want to believe it and the shock of not wanting to believe it was made real by Peter Jellen's Solemn Hauler Lap.

I feel that I miss Single Owner-Operators and if that was me, I would want to Bring Me and My Interest to the Sport. It is not fair, and I wouldn't want to be Soft or Trust My In-Laws, because In-Laws are Temporary.

I'd wanted Kulwicki to live long enough to win the Brickyard 400. The emotions of Ricky Rudd's Biggest Win are Raw because Alan Kulwicki or Davey Allison never got a Brickyard 400 Start worse than Pontiac not going winless again. I would feel Raw about the 2nd 6 Safe Cracker for Reasons especially if I don't need General Managers or Embezzlement $ or Buckets of Embezzlement $ and I would have jumped up and down like Madison had it been Year 22 Dale Earnhardt,Jr. or Year 28 Ward Burton Going With the Cup Trophy to Disney World.

Literally nobody would have signed up for that kind of Punishment or Cruelty.
