I feel that there is disgruntlement if not full bore discontent in both the Sun Belt and the Conference USA. Even if we broke the Conference USA and Sun Belt in two, it would not be viewed as a revolution and the only thing we would get in the South Central Conference would be New Mexico State and they would want New Mexico in Line and UTEP would be holding the phone in wanting New Mexico and New Mexico State.
What it would achieve in a South Central Southwest Division would be New Mexico State, UTEP, UTSA, Texas State, North Texas and Rice being in the same division and we would get UTSA and Texas State as a league game, but, little else good would happen as Rice would want to be with their legacy rivals instead.
In the South Central Southeast Division would be Arkansas State, Louisiana Tech, Louisiana Monroe, Louisiana Lafayette, Southern Miss and Western Kentucky and their would have to be regional reciprocation of Non Conference Rivalries and that would mean nobody would have a Plus Wins lead on their board, but, the likelier scenario would be merging their Division IAA FCS Counterparts instead into the Playoff Fold.
In the South Atlantic Conference, the West Division would be Middle Tennessee State, UAB, Georgia State, Georgia Southern, FIU and FAU and the East Division would be Coastal Carolina, Appalachian State, Charlotte, Old Dominion, Liberty and Marshall. I don't know if having to start out with a Super Conference from the start with 10 Year Money would work better closer to the Atlantic, but there would be pratfalls with the MEAC and the ACC going haywire and that could happen.
We would need a Super Conference Realignment Day similar to 2003 and that would still have to happen and I don't want to incur rehashes just for rehashes sake, but, a lot of it would have to again involve revivals, true expansions, HBCU and IAA.

2020 National Championship of College Football Independents Conference
I feel like this both a Preseason Pick and an Informative Post, which I would intend to do both and I would keep on trucking until the College Football Poll comes out. I do not have a strategy for slating key games, Bonus Games included, so stay tuned on that. I made no secret Wednesday I will be adding Programs that don't otherwise have programs into the mix and for the Independents, here is the additions:
Because of Army: Navy Midshipmen
In analog, they are American Athletic Conference Members, and I cannot stand Army-Navy being a Non-Conference Game, or the Commander in Chief being wholly Non Conference, which would snarl Chicago Traffic even for a period that it is snarled already as is. And, every discussion around College Football History should start around the Army-Navy Game.
Write In Programs:
Long Beach State 49ers
Long Beach State has not had a Program Since 1991 and that has not stopped their Previous Home Stadium from hosting one of the Greatest Billed and Played High School Football Games a decade later. I'd love to add Long Beach State because on the Olympic Sports Fields, their Love Hate Relationship has the same no middle ground as Bigger Schools and they where in the process of earning the Dirtbags Name before the Virus Hit on the Diamond.
Pacific Tigers
This is the 2nd of 4 Ghost Programs I am working hard to reinstate in the Independent Conference. I feel like if we had to restart Pacific Tigers Football, we would need a lot of things including a New Stadium and an interested Historian. San Francisco 49ers had their Training Camp on Pacific Grounds and the Rolling Stones had the Biggest Concert in Campus History.
Gonzaga Zags
I would feel Gonzaga would be the current beneath BYU and Boise State's interest in Conference Realignment. I do feel just having a South Central and a South Atlantic Conference Willy- Nilly does not add anything other than getting our annuals in house and Houston wanting their Schools and there should not be any reason New Mexico and New Mexico State shouldn't have their games in House, either.
UT Arlington Mavericks
UT Arlington has not had a Football Program since 1985, and if we had an Arlington Mavericks Football Program, having the Ballpark be the Facility would have to make its construction bond early on. I would feel any Conference Realignment would help Texas-Arlington restart College Football again or much sooner than they would have otherwise.

UConn Huskies
Certainly not thrilled with UConn rejoining the Big East, where among other things, they'd play Creighton for the 1st Time ever, and UConn even made both the Playoffs in 1998 (To the chagrin of Northern Iowa) and the Fiesta Bowl in 2010 and they have had worse ticket and community support than Yale, who doesn't have Modern Facilities and doesn't have Playoff Eligibility
West Division
1 New Mexico State I have thought highly of New Mexico State because 2017
2 BYU I feel BYU should be taken into account for having Utah be at Provo biannually for the Last Game like it would be in Salt Lake City
3 Gonzaga Analog Gonzaga would have taken a shot in the dark given this year and their Phoenix would be a Historic Rise
4. UT Arlington This would be their 1st Team Since 1985
5 Long Beach State This would be their 1st Team Since 1991
6 Pacific This would be their 1st Team Since 1995

I'd rather see an Equal to Rockingham early in the Season
I feel for as much as NASCAR Cup Series Scheduling has became a cottage industry, before it was fashionable, but, I feel like what we don't see after Daytona is an equal to Rockingham early in the Season and with full realizing that it would be cheaper to build a Replacement Rock than it would be to Retrofit and leave false hope of miracle comebacks like Texas World.
I have said this before that we should have the Western Swing be later in the Season and for as much as I would be ripped on that decision, but, it would make common sense that wanting the later races later in the season mean more, even if we didn't have Fontana in a heavenly state (Breaking News: It Is Not!) and make Sonoma a Rain Race.
I don't want to be a braggadocious about things, but, this is an oft-repeated complaint, namely early in the season and I feel like I'd want to see Nashville and Gateway in the Cup Division, which the 2nd would boomerang off of Newton and Joliet should we move the walls out of Sweet Home Newton, and the contentious future should have been 5 Years Tops of a turnaround if I was putting my own money in the house.
I would think the replacement 36th would be Road America because I could not stand for Wisconsin to miss out on Major Stock Car Racing and that would be a shame and I don't necessarily think just Chicagoland area, but having to think outlying Milwaukee Mile replacement with room for an NHRA Dragstrip and a Seattle to Minneapolis Circuit and not just on paper.

I'd rather be transparent on New Series Development!
The one thing that makes me madder than a wet hen is I'd rather'd see transparent on New Series Development in Auto Racing! This would be in the spirit and the letter of Stevie Fast's Year End Call Outs, without the Rock and Roll Auld Lang Syne peppering through the Video.
I feel like the real relationship on New Series Development would be particularly in our part of the country, among others, that there aren't enough true Late Model Big Cars or Late Models de facto in Series. To be fair, there have been people with an agenda that have abused this privilege and made the fans pay for it.
I'd rather'd have Drivers that are akin to my Father and those elders because those call outs would literally come from anywhere. It would be different than today, god forbid, and that anywhere would be because your on.
I feel guilty and rotten that in Track Ownership 1616 or 101 or 1 or 1 of 1 is have Marketable Racers. By default, Hawkeye Downs would be the only ones in my State that have Late Model Pavement and surely, I get tired of playing Media Specialist. The way they'd play Media Specialist would have my Blood Popping by trying to rearrange the furniture of the Titanic.
I'd feel like the best answer to a replacement venue would be the Milwaukee Mile having more race days by having an everything circuit where people can escape to. Escape being the key word here and I feel like there is not enough Escape Art here. I would want to see a Pro Stock vs. NASCAR Cup Series Stock vs. Stock Series just to jewel the Public and start new rivalries.
I'd get more up for Stephenville than Joey Logano and that would be a Public Opinion and I would not want to drag people's Alma Mater through, but, there is not that relatability where people actually want to spend their Hard Earned Money and there is not that wanting to bring so and so to School for reasons, let alone if those reasons where to avoid a mock wreck, and I would have been as bad as some of my Father's Co-Workers.
I feel like I am wanting to see if Indy Lights where to rock Columbus Junction, but, that fantasy would have been Homer the Great and Unrealized because people there would have ID'd with work more than their School Colors.

Seattle Mariners Dorktown Lid: Missed Trades and the Road to the M's Leads through Eastern Iowa
I feel like I will start this Seattle Mariners Dorktown Lid with the missed trades by the Los Angeles Dodgers for Alex Rodriguez and Randy Johnson and had it not been the spirited hatred of the Yankees by Ken Griffey,Jr. , it would have pushed the Evil Empire into the 30's in Championships.
The story really takes a turn in not necessarily missing a Yankees- Dodgers World Series in the Music Video Era's Gory Outgrowth, but through Eastern Iowa. The Johan Santana trade that gift wrapped a Cedar Rapids Kernels Lineup that should have won the league and I am mad the last pennant year has been the Year I Was 9. Especially down the winding road of US Highway 30 that Clinton had their own Perfect Game just around the time of the Interleague Battery No Hitter and that stuck as their first No Hitter in Clinton since the Mid 1970's.
I do not think "Let's Be Twins" in the Mississippi Valley in Clinton or Burlington when Clinton has complained bitterly they haven't been supported since the Reds broke Camp and the Burlington counterparts always feed on White Sox or Cardinals as their base. I feel the turn in the Mariners Organization was when Clinton became Marlins and that life was anything but a charmed life in Clinton County.
Especially when I would write up a Regional Version of "Road to Perdition" and it not being a Snyder Cut, and that is draining in its own way. It causes consternation that King Felix was not Postseason King Felix and the trickery in all of it is Seattle and Montreal have never formally had a World Series Appearance in their Histories, while Spring Training Outposts in Miami and Tampa Bay have had World Series Appearances before the Mariners, and Randy Johnson went down as a Diamondback because of America's Series.

I will do a Division IA College Football Poll This Year
I really, really wanted to do Jackson State, Florida A and M or Northern Iowa being Preseason Favorites. But, there are so many unknowns that are not hashed out yet.
I will do a Division IA Poll, complete with having to do everything this Season and I mean everything. The thing I cannot stand is why BYU-Utah is not last and last at Provo in Analog or Colorado-Colorado State not being in State Championship Conditions among others.
What I would like to see is Texas- Texas A and M and Kansas-Missouri being in Conference, even if it is starting Conference Realignment all over again. I feel like BYU and Boise State are the most impatient wanting to restart Conference Realignment.
I do not want anyone to play K2 with Higher Learning like we need Worse Problems. I feel like I am not pressed into a Poll like it was July 18th, but, the Poll is August 1st and I will include revival programs and doing some key realignments (FAU, FIU, West Virginia and Navy) to accommodate the flow of the slate.
The Programs I would add in are Gonzaga, Long Beach State, Pacific, Wichita State, Nebraska Omaha, Creighton, Saint Louis and UT Arlington for this project. If this was real reality, having to restart a Program from the ground up like this would have been a nightmare and then some.

No, Texas is not Back!
I feel like I react strongly to Texas either 1. Not Playing Texas A and M. and 2. Always being Back in National Contention. because they both have happened. I feel like even though Texas is not being a 4 Winner, but, they have not been in the Playoffs.
And to make it worse, Texas has won 1 Partial Conference Championship Since 2010. Texas should be perennial Athletic Contenders and I feel for the people that started the Playoffs in Football, they should at least make the Playoffs or Win the Championship Semi-Regularly.
I am not thrilled with having to change the focus of these Departments, which Texas has helped start. It is an awful, awful feeling and I feel like the issue is we have ran off a Successful National Championship Head Coach with someone who was a Bad Fit from the Start and someone people can't stand.
I don't think I would be impatiently waiting for the Standings to Collapse and Crater like the fans and the community would have enough, because they'd be getting Tony Elliott, Brent Venables or Northwest Missouri State.
