I feel that as a product for the Soft Leadership in the MIAC, which could consolidate St. John's with its Sister University in the imminent future, and with separate but unrealated, the Interstate Championship formally being part of the Division I Scene.
This wing would cause the Celebration Classic to be done, and the Ivy League and the SWAC to have Playoff Berths. And, I would see in the landscape, the MVFC North would be North Dakota, North Dakota State, South Dakota, South Dakota State, St. Thomas and Northern Iowa. The MVFC South would be Missouri State, Western Illinois, Illinois State, Southern Illinois, Indiana State and Youngstown State.
The wall and boundary that would melt in all of this is Division IAA. Even the hardest
division fans could not just see program after program leap through the ranks with little else good to show for it.
It would be in the same Ice Bucket that North Dakota State could go from Sauntering Small College Football Giant to lost if the blotter fills up. Between irrational and unrealistic, we'd realize for the first heady seasons, which they would be heady for good reason, the Home Record would be a Saw in all of this.
