Other than the fact Racing Junk's Blog has since went away last Red, White and Blue, I am going to state what stipulations would be set for 2020 Driver of the Year:
1. It Can't Be Hype!
2. Big Wins
3. Major Wins
4. We don't have a Prohibitive Favorite and that would have only been true if Steve Torrence clinched at Charlotte.
5. I am not on my Strength of Schedule Horse, because there would be too many inconsistencies, but, it can't be eeny-meeny-miney-mo.
6. I do realize we have a LOT of Greenhorns, and too many for our own good, but, it would have to be achievements.
7. We can't have Serious Jokers!
8. It would have to be Racers!
9.This would be a Quarterly Poll This Year (March 29th, June 21st, August 30th, and November 8th)
10. Any 2021 Decisions would be made Father's Day Week and/or in deference to actual decisions
