I feel there is a better way to support HBCU's than to cut them a check indefinitely. What I definitely see is having to put up material support or encourage individual checks to Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
Most of the year, the HBCU Community does not get a lot of material Television or merchandising support. Merchandising would be harder to come by than some of these Late Model Stars, which you'd search high and low and you still don't get anything.
To be frank, this story has been already written more than once and I would feel even another Americana Run would be better for the self image of HBCU the Community. HBCU the Community does not have the option of Online Schooling and even if it was available, it would be dramatically lesser than actual school.
There is not a hunger for higher learning in the Inner City and it has a life or death implications on these institutions. If we can't have HBCU in its preexisting form, I would feel a Phoenix HBCU would be necessary.
No one really wants an artificial high. I feel like the toxins of an artificial high is terrible and it would lead us to being strung out.
