I Would Think Chicagoland Would Be Due For a Repave after Trying to End Their Venue

I would think for the trouble Chicagoland Speedway would be due for a Repave after trying to end their venue. If Chicagoland Speedway got back to Racing and that would be a big if at this point.

I don't think it would be bragging, it would be common courtesy and I would feel like would we have a cycle like Texas World Speedway before Chicagoland Speedway gives up the ghost. A repave would be the right thing to do.

The last thing that would be seen is having a Pave Job just be Hotter than Hot Cakes like Atlanta, which was the Hot in Hotlanta. Other than Auto Club never being repaved and Chicagoland Speedway's Future not in the clear, it would at least be common courtesy to have a decent repave in the future

Joliet is not being transparent with Chicagoland Speedway Redevelopment

I feel like I'd have to do the Drive Time Report like it was normal, everyday Chicago Traffic, because, Joliet is not being transparent with Chicagoland Speedway Redevelopment. What it would do is push the NHRA into having a Modern All New Drag Racing Facilities again.

What it is is a drag on Chicagoland Speedway and Route 66 Raceway's Future. I feel like there are people who actually want to see both venues succeed and thrive.

I don't appreciate how Joliet is trying to squash the rumors and I feel like even though it is not my Super Speedway, but it is other peoples, and I feel like the apathy toward not having to stick for the All Star Race is galling.

Eastern Iowa and Chicagoland Would be Hurt if Chicagoland Speedway would be redeveloped

I feel like this is not a post I want to see happen, even if Chicagoland Speedway was not overdone. Chicagoland Speedway had more fruitful life than Texas World Speedway and twice as long of life as Ontario Motor Speedway, but, Will County has never been well laid out. IT IS NOT A SECRET! And it is less of a secret that they could not stick together for a Bayou Classic.

I would think the loss in the Market would be Eastern Iowa and Chicagoland, having to eat crow about not having a Home Race. If we had to get a Home Race, we'd have either improve the preexisting Walls at a Grundy County, Rockford, or a Hawkeye Downs among others, or build a new Short Track or a Clone Milwaukee or Springfield Mile later on.

I would think the answer would have to be new series in multiple, from a Postmodern International Race of Champions, An American Speed Association Late Model Series, and an ARCA Late Model Series, or even a Circuit Track Answer to Trans Am or Pro Mod. I am not a salesman, and not even a good one, and I am throwing copper around to see who would take it by the time people would open up.

The reality is, we would need an escape venue, namely from Northeast Iowa, Twin Cities and Chicagoland. That would be the reality for another time and place. Unless if it was Open Wheel Records, or saying hi to Helio never being the National Champion or Dario Abdicating the Throne on the last IRL Split Era Race, there is not a whole ton to bring up.

There is not the same Corporate Support in the Second City and we even had Traditional Radio Dials scramble even for people who'd be 1st Thing in the Morning to the Last Thing Late at Night Radio. We'd have more different versions of Cars than the Cars itself and that is a problem and I feel the loop has been disconnected and no one has really had an interest in reconnecting it.
