It's Not a Compliment the Twins are Dragging Minnesota Sports!

I would feel nothing but Anger about how the Twins are dragging down Minnesota Sports, because, they are the "Everywhere" Team of the State for Good Reason. Speaking of Good Reason, they do not have the Worst Fixed Route to the World Series, but, there are Other Things that would Break the Levee worse than 1993 in Other Ways.

Being Tested Up Left and Right is not Good for Anyone. And, trading the Guy that would keep Money in your House Long Term has to hurt in more than 1 Way. And, it doesn't help that Royce Young came to Cedar Rapids like a Hurricane and done absolutely nothing with a Cedar Rapids Jersey Since.

We'd lose a lot not having our Elders or Merlins on the Family Table. Not only we would lose their Money, but, their Customs would be at a loss too.

Even though Minnesota United and Others may try, but, The Twins carry Public Opinion in Minnesota in the Summer and I could hardly imagine My Team (The Wild) don't have the Same Retransmission Agreement as The Jason Show or the Blues every Friday and Saturday Night.

Having to play Without Hope is Dangerous, and missing The Words "American League" or "World Series" Champion on your Literature is a Big Loss to everyone in your Territory.

Minnesota's Worst Decade Still Affects their Sports!

I'd pin the tail on the Horse why how Minnesota's Worst Decade still affects their Sports. If the Trade, which to a Minnesota Man and his Family, there is only one trade, the Herschel Walker Trade, did not happen, chances are that Buffalo would at least have a Couple Championships. It still is the gift that keeps on giving, and the gift at the time was the Fact Jerry Jones bought the Dallas Cowboys from America to make up for the Clint Murchison-Bum Bright Follies that wore out Texas and America.

The Most Recent Championship of any Minnesota Pro Sports Team was the Twins and the Tomorrow Night Season was not Phoned In. It was earned.  The North Stars seeing the Penguins win the Stanley Cup on their Ice and put a Dynasty on at their Expense later only made the Minnesota Man and his Family angrier.

And then, what happened next was Norm Green, who was the hero of the 1984 Ticket Drive to save the Twins forever, started to drop hints on where to move their Still Beloved and Still Dearly Missed Minnesota North Stars. Other than dropping a theory that Alan Eagleson had culpability that he'd be responsible for depriving us the Nordiques, North Stars, and Whalers and giving their Latter Days a Stanley Cup, this doesn't go over well with Minnesotans who still view the North Stars as more of "Their" Team than the Golden Gophers.

And then, you had the most emotionally charged Super Bowl in the history of Super Bowls in the Metrodome as some of the Major Indian Tribes wrote the beginning of the end of the Washington Redskins era, which was merely a scribe for years. The Twins where charging hard for a Back to Back in 1992, and Norm Green Sucks! became a staple in Minnesota Ice Hockey Rinks.

1993 had the North Stars last playing on NHL Ice, The Flood of 1993, The Green Bay Packers inundating their State like no one else did before or since, and having to save the Minnesota Timberwolves from being the 2nd Move of 1993 against the Twin Cities, along with Cheers closing, which KARE was one of the Bigger Cheers dials. Reality hurt like a Sieve and Nirvana changed the Family Friendly Aura of the Twin Cities irreversably.

The Baseball Strike not only nearly ended the Twins, nearly caused them to be relocated, and we would have never, ever gotten Target Field in the First Place. Bud Selig was only not only wanting to merely end the Twins and the lone affordable Pro Sports Family Entertainment Option in the State, but wanting to punish them instead for being bad.

Other than Kevin Garnett being a Galvanizer and a Lightning Rod for Minnesota Timberwolves and Basketball, the fact he was lightning in a jar was not lost to the more Academic Sports Fans. The Golden Gophers Football Team being well known as a true Bad Team was well known way beyond the Town Lines.

Losing Blaine Johnson while in the Winston Drag Racing Top Fuel Points Lead and having to hate Tony Schumacher for his Upset Run and Subsequent Rise was not mutually exclusive. It was fact. And, it'd skinned the Old Capital and their Winter Hex disproportionate when the Golden Gophers became the Best Non Hockey Team in State History and later pissed that away due to Academic Fraud and the University of Minnesota's Relationship with the Inner City has not recovered since.

Of the few things Gary Bettman has done right like Hardee's is having to keep his Word, Bond, and Obligation to the Twin Cities and Minnesota. Of the great days in Twin Cities Sports History, NHL Hockey Returning in 1997 had to be one of the Greater Days. There was no Tim Dwight for Hines Ward when everyone in Atlanta wanted Hines Ward to be the next Bulldog to Falcon switch, but, they got what hamstrung the Vikings from Championships:The Best Player Available.

That best player available was Randy Moss and only some unexplainable circumstances that still involves getting mad enabled the Falcons to the Road to All Time Greatness, in spite of having 2 No Phone In Victories over the Full Season End of the Montana-Young-Rice San Francisco 49ers era. The unavoidable was the Academic Fraud, which is literally all over town, and the Dallas Stars, the latter day version of the beloved North Stars, winning the Stanley Cup.

After all these years, everyone else has gotten a new thing, but, Auto Racing hasn't gotten anything new in the Twin Cities, especially when they should be Professionalism. The Philly Special happened in the Twin Cities and I'd feel rotten that it was a High School Play and not the Ministry of Defense or Wolverine Dawkins who was the hero. It would be 30 Years Since Tomorrow Night, and lot of their Sports Scene couldn't get out of their own way.

Cedar Rapids's Baseball Scene Can't Escape the Angels Long Shadow

I feel like because nobody else is willing to put it in a post, I am saying Cedar Rapids's Baseball Scene can't escape the Angels Long Shadow because Mike Trout would be happy to flop out in arbitration in a later time to his Homestanding Yankees, and not having Nick Adenhart and not having Tyler Skaggs, Adenhart's Replacement, becomes more than a discomfortable Sports Trivia Question.

Arte Moreno is leaving a mess for Southern California Baseball. Mike "The Only 2 Time Simpsons Athletic Voice" Scocia has left the scene, and the whole sense is a bottom to top fire.

If we had a San Diego vs. Baltimore All Star of a Fall Classic, the anticipation would palate through everything. But, no, no, no, we'd have a Very Uncomfortable Fall Classic, Interleague World Series, Another Divisional World Series, and a Yankees-Cardinals Fall Classic that would restore time and space like Father's Day to boot.

Polanco's Steroid Suspension only reinforced Kepler needed his 50 Home Runs Worse, The Collar makes Baseball and Softball seem like Boot Camp around here. I am sick of the mercury rising on the uncute Title Hex, and I'd rage about everyone making me and my community look Bush League.

I feel this is not a good image for anyone involved and I am willing to call out if needed.

The Minnesota Twins Playoff Losing Streak is Not Funny

I feel like I am seeing the Minnesota Twins have the most talented teams in Club History. And, as repayment, they keep losing in the Postseason.

Our fate was iced over due to Polanco's Steroid Suspension. And, Sano has to be a drag to our Baseball Scene and all of it is not being the people on every Baseball Publication or Sports Publication for good.

The whole streak started when the Twins could have legitamately denied a tear in the Time Space Continum. Where it hurt worse was winning the Regular Season in 2010 and not doing anything there.

16 Postseason Losses in 17 Years is NOT Passive Aggressive. It is Hyper Aggressive and the good, hard working people of Twins Territory do not like seeing their usual (Midwest High School Prospects) Get Nonfactored into their Decisions.

Other than missing a play in play off like a Bad Habit or Multimatic, but, that would not be fun or games if the White Sox found 16 Wins and Kepler didn't find 50 Home Runs at all.

I Feel the CFL is being Too Tolerant and Don't Drag Cedar Rapids-Marion-Iowa City down

I feel there is a certain sense of tickedoffedness over the CFL being Too Tolerant enough to take Johnny Manziel and the intolerancy is they'd pole vault over Ray Rice until the law picks him up again. And, I feel the CFL should be the high bar of International Football and I feel its time they should act the part and generally, Canada has a history of being too tolerant until it isn't as a country.

And, I feel like the Sexual Assault allegations against Miguel Sano is dragging the quality of Cedar Rapids-Marion-Iowa City Sports down in Linn, Benton, Johnson and Iowa Counties. Other than seeing George Springer burn us down again harder than Jason Aldean in a Global Audience, but, he is not Garth Brooks and it is nowhere close to excellent.

I don't see no 4 and Career or no 4 and Undefeated in 2021. I see even less of 8 and Career and Iowa or 8 and Undefeated and Iowa in Wrestling. And, certainly, having a generation that doesn't care or doesn't care their not high or sober is even more shambolic. And, I feel Chicago's Chiraq problems are an intoxicator locally.

Granted, Womanizers do not keep. And, I don't feel like John Wayne or the Great Montreal Canadiens would magically reappear in my future. I feel like the emptiness is not fun, and I feel energy needs to matter, too.
