This is the 1st Chance the Las Vegas Raiders have to say their Own Coach

I feel this is the 1st Chance that the Las Vegas Raiders have to say their Own Head Coach in this Era. And, if I was General Manager, I would start with someone with No Prior NFL Ties. No Schlock or Expensive Collegiate Severance Packages Ever Again.

I would want to be Bad as in On Hours, not On and Off Hours, which is its own problem. The Raiders Blow the Lid off the other AFL Era Teams Carefully Crafted Image. What the Raiders Playoff Hexes have been have been akin to the Generation Green Bay registered 1 Playoff Berth in 21 Years.

The integrity of Professional Football is Defense. You can't have Russell Wilson or Patrick Mahomes punish you through the Airwaves, which is what they are Cooking. Derek Carr has not had a Single Playoff Start and that was before Mahomes's Punishment of the League.

There is no way you'd raid Defense in the Draft Board without having to deal baggage left and right. I'd wish there'd be an Arena Football League or Arena 2 to Raid no matter what like the Ice Cream Man and the Meat Counter are still fighting at the Mall.

They've had 2 Retreads in this Playoff Blackout Years, and that is not good. The West deserves much better than settling for an Expensive Severance Package.

The Raiders Have to Stay West II

I feel there has to be a concentrated effort to keep the Raiders in The Western United States. I don't think even briefly saying San Francisco Raiders or London Raiders carries the Coffee Pot.  I would chip in and say Berkeley because nobody knows what 2019 NFL Slate would be made in due to the College Football Playoff.

Generally, when Gorillas clash, it is not good news. And, I feel like even though there will be a Derek Carr Trade at some point, but, I feel it would take 2 Pots of Coffee before a Playoff Win Again.

The thing is, the Playoff Winless Board will move on up. But, it will not move in 2018.

Being prisoners to the current, or the recent past is tragic and trash. And, I feel as a Sports Fan, I am pleading to at least keep the Raiders Home Slate in the Western United States. And, the 8 Hour Treatment is not ideal for Western Teams, and it would be a full day if the Panthers played in Tokyo and a 2nd Replay, too.

This is a principle ploy or bid just to try to see if the Raiders would stay West, because we've been injured by Cobras because they could.

I'd Still Think the Raiders will Still Rock Las Vegas, One Way or Another

I feel like just because the Raiders have been given a pause to their attempt to move to Las Vegas doesn't mean the East Bay can celebrate outright at this time. I feel the Other 30 NFL Owners would have little and no other choice just to have the Raiders move to Las Vegas, even though Commissioner Goodell and the rest of his NFL Office would flagrantly disapprove.

But, I feel that the owners or general managers would have to fight head on whether Los Angeles is the Chargers or the Name and Lineage stays home in San Diego County. Judging from a Man who signed 4 Petitions to keep the name and colors in San Diego County, I feel that any future LA Chargers presentations or Social Media Boasts will be canned.

People don't want to see their team move, even in this Warpiggery. People don't want to fall for substitutes without the real regular in office. But, this is all about the usefulness of the Alameda Coliseum. It is all about the safety of the Alameda Coliseum. And, I don't want to keep blowing the lid over reprecussion, but, the Roarcle (Oakland Arena) is the Last Commissioned Arena of the 2nd 6 of the NHL Still in Business as an arena. Oakland is too deeply shafted in budget decisions in California and the only way to get expansion in this future is dig out of pocket and not just fall to an extended remix of a series of problems. And, I think the Raiders and UNLV would have to work around the Monster Energy Cup at Sam Boyd, which would be the smallest Football Built Facility in the NFL and 2nd Smallest to StubHub Park.

The Raiders Move has everything to do with Alameda Coliseum and California and Nothing to do with Soul

I feel like in spite of what VICE Sports has said, the Raiders move to Las Vegas has everything to do with everything with Alameda Coliseum and California and nothing to do with soul. The fact I've said for years that they would not get any looking deal in California, much less a better looking deal in California is obvious.

And, too, I'd feel a New Stadium would have them playing better at home. And a new locale. It feels like on the road, they are unstoppable, but, at home, it just feels tenative. Other than bag Oakland , the athon it appears to locals, but, the Roarcle has a short future, and the A's have been given the silent treatment under Manfred.

The fact of the short future is the safety and security of the crumbling Coliseum. It is not a novelty, and in a period where people replace stadiums for no reason other than to get the right tax breaks, the fact that a replacement in Oakland is prohibitive because they just can't claw deeper into the community than they have already.

There aren't any easy answers. The only thing easier would have been 3-9, but, that would have been tough, too. I think the rest of the MLB and NFL would be pushed into a corner over the A's and Raiders being Las Vegas's from now on, and it is not a corner the other 59 Owners care to sign off at will. It, in a period where home is elastic, and not belonging, has everything to do with Alameda Coliseum making Grambling's Football Barn feel shameful and nothing to do with soul
