SMU is En Route to Returning to a Major Conference!

 I'd feel that SMU returning to a Major Conference, namely the Pac 12 Conference, is News to Me and a Lot of People! I'd feel better later on down the road, having a Postmodern Southwest Conference to tie together the ribbons at a later date.

Frankly, I would have had Hawaii be in the Pac 12 because of Women's Sports and Proximity to Southern California. But, that is neither here or there.

What I'd believe is wanting a Red, White, Blue and Playoff Gold Year. This is not an act because I'd want to end SMU's Conference Hex before it Turns 50 and what better way to put a Stop to it than have Loud Visions of a National Championship.

Frankly, it won't be 100 Percent Emotion Free, because of the Death Penalty. 

SMU is Sacked Out of Boston!

 I made 0 Bones about SMU being my Bowl Mania Favorite! I feel what is rotten is I am denied the Privilege of SMU minting my Playoff Tickets and Reservations next Christmas! And that is not the only Bowl Game Cancelled this Morning.

I feel that it is a Rip that not only the Ponies are denied Fenway, but, it is not fair that COVID still is lurking like a Perverse Cat and Mouse. I feel I did not have a Bigger Score and this is what makes this post scarier.

Chace Biddle will Restart SMU's National Championship Glories

I feel that in marking my words, SMU will be a National Playoff Champion by 2025. It is one thing to be dizzy over Jordan Hudson, but, it is entirely another thing to blow the doors off a Pony Express National Championship Run.

Not only that, I feel that going for Dallas-Fort Worth is going to make it harder for Texas and Oklahoma to go through Dallas-Fort Worth. I do think that a Pony Express National Championship Run would be Unprecedented and it would be unbelievable even for those who'd know College Football History.

I feel that these moves are not going to be Clemson's or Alabama's and I'd think that it would be harder to make these runs if it was Clemson and Alabama because Clemson would have discipline problems and Alabama's Success is on Sunday, not on Saturday.

Jordan Hudson's SMU Commitment is National News

 Jordan Hudson's SMU Commitment is National News because it would fuel SMU down the road to the best 4 Year Period Since the 1980's and it would cause problems for Texas and Oklahoma. I would think the 3 Things that would be remarked in Program in Lore Good or Bad is when Recruiting Reopened, the Name Image and Likeness and the 4th of July.

I think this is as big of a Day for SMU as when they Clinched their First Bowl for the first time since the Death Penalty and it would be as big if not bigger SMU Holiday than Christmas 2009, when it was their first bowl in 25 Years.

Into the great wide open, I think Calendar Year 2021 has not been kind to the Texas Longhorns.

Programs that Should Be Hosting College Gameday

 Now that we have a Normal Offseason, I feel there should be a starboard of programs that actually should be hosting College Gameday for the First Time or have an incentive to get their Stadium Situation straightened out to where it would be easier to host College Gameday. I would feel there would be a 2021 Seasons worth of 1st Time Hosts or having to get out of the way of hosting.

1. SMU Mustangs. SMU has been covered once and I would find it be cathartic to have SMU actually host in Dallas as opposed to the Red River Shootout or AT and T Stadium.

2. UNLV Rebels. Not just Las Vegas, but, UNLV Rebels in Las Vegas because this has to be a situation where you have to marry the City and the Program.

3. Northern Illinois Huskies. NIU has been featured once, at their expense and at Bowling Green, and I feel I should rectify it by having NIU at DeKalb.

4. Northern Iowa Panthers. Northern Iowa is recriminally jilted, even now, even as other Programs became Powerhouses and Champions around them and in College Gameday's 35 Season History, they have not visited Northeast Iowa and I do not want it to be a Student Section Mentality because it is too easy.

5. Drake Bulldogs. I do think ESPN Producers love nothing more than Historic Stadiums and we have not had College Gameday in Iowa's Political Capital the same as Iowa or Iowa State.

6. Illinois Illini. How is it that the Home of the State Championship and the Same Field that Red Grange once galloped on has not hosted a Single Fall College Gameday? This has to be the Tractors of the Eastern Illinois Community roaring about its rightful place in Sports being nixed.

7. Syracuse Orange. Even though the Carrier Dome has been one of the 1st Winter College Gameday Hosts and they owe a lot of their Campus and Community to ESPN and it is a shock even with McNabb, they have not gotten College Gameday in Syracuse.

8.San Diego State Aztecs. Even though I do not agree with San Diego State being the Aztecs, or even with the fact San Diego is neglected Post-Chargers, and I feel that wrong need to be repaired, but, I feel they'd need to explore San Diego State if the Cocktail Party or the 13 Year War Goes Stale.

9. Fresno State Bulldogs. San Jose State nearly went undefeated, but, no Program stirred the pot on different major's instabilities than Fresno State.

10. San Jose State Spartans. I teased San Jose State in Fresno State's Post, but, I feel that Cal is not quite a Proper Powerhouse and I don't think the Women in ESPN want weird questions over Stanford like it is College's "Father of Mine" as opposed to a legit, real deal, No Shane Hmiel, Powerhouse.

11. Mount Union Purple Raiders. Even though Iowa Division III is Superior compared to the Rest of the Country and we have had Division III on College Gameday Before, but, no ABC/ESPN Dial, I feel we should correct that with both with Mount Union.

12.Hawaii Warriors. I am going to throw a Trump Card that should be appropriately used as in having Hawaii actually host College Gameday, even though Aloha Stadium is closer to its Senior Year.

13. Morningside Mustangs. Altough not in the NCAA, I feel Sioux City should get a chance to host College Gameday and the High School Sports Hotbed of Western Iowa, which I do not take or say lightly at all.

14. Northwest Missouri State Bearcats. Northwest Missouri State has contributed to the quality of Adults and Young Adults Regionally and I feel when a true Small School makes College Gameday, it has to be a marquee program or a program that has had an outsized footprint.

15. Grand View Vikings. Also not in the NCAA, and the upstart in both College Football and Wrestling, I feel Drake should play at Grand View at Football and it would be a major Publicity Boost to Des Moines Public Schools.

16. Central Dutch. While on a tangent and a Home Run, I could say Luther or Grinnell or Cornell College or even Simpson College or Coe or Wartburg, but Central is Iowa's Lone NCAA Football Champion Historically and I feel College Gameday on the Square in Pella would be a feather in their cap.

17. Iowa Western Reivers. Even though they didn't sell their soul to Netflix like a bad bar, I feel the Reivers would have something that a lot of these programs don't have is character and College Gameday in the Bluffs City would be tremendous.

18. Grambling Tigers. We have plenty of splash and hype hires, but, I would want to explore College Gameday to actually be at Eddie Robinson Stadium grounds for the first time.

19. Miami (OH) RedHawks. College Gameday at the Cradle of Coaches has not been done and not only that, they have not been a rider or Road Team in College Gameday's Visits.

20. Saint Ambrose Bees. We are riding into the Midnight Rider Territory of the Programs that should be hosting College Gameday, but the Quad City Area has never had a College Gameday Host on either side of the River and again with the Home Run Mentality, which would be tremendous.

21.Illinois State Redbirds. This is the Home and the Home Territories of State Farm, Allstate and the People's Illinois High School Association, among others and it would be a coup for Amateur Sports if Illinois State hosted College Gameday.

I could ramble on about Duke or Georgia Southern, even Tulane in the French Quarter and not the Bayou Classic or LSU or the Sugar Bowl, which the first regrettably happened in Houston and Not New Orleans, but, I feel having to cover everyone in College from Division I FBS to NAIA to Junior College even was fair in the form of every week.

There are key alterations to my iteration to the American Athletic Conference, because I could not stand Army and Navy being a Non-Conference Game and there are other write-ins along the way.

SMU is a Stronger 1st Line Program even though UCF has had the fun and entitlements like Summer Vacation through the years. I am still keeping on SMU winning the Conference Gold, especially if they where a Bad Memphis Game from the Playoffs in 2019.

Why Not SMU at AT and T Stadium?

I would in my miniseries, would love to tell you how the crowd would bug out if there was a Carter vs. Yates State Championship, and even a Million Person State Championship. Here, my personal favorite, would be SMU at AT and T Stadium and having Band Day (A Million Person) Numbers in Arlington.

If that happened today, it would restore Dallas Fort Worth's Madison Square Garden in a Big Way. I would feel the noise all the way up in Mount Vernon, IA if I didn't already make my reservations.

It wouldn't just be College Gameday, it would be the ABC TV Dials coming in Dallas Fort Worth for SMU. Not the Red River Shootout, not for anything else. SMU!

It would have to be the Right Opponent and the Right Conference as Well. I don't know if the Iron Skillet would draw out a Million People, but if it was Alabama having to prep for a Road Game that Dallas would not have had held, it would have been a Band Day Vibe.

I'd feel like the Everything Bigger in Texas Vibe has to be done correctly. It would be the Mountain Motor be done correctly, because no one did the Mountain Motor Correct like Reher-Morrison-Shepherd once upon a time.

I feel like I am starving for such Great Vibes you'd not just notice from Space, but, better than that. It would be akin to actually feeling the crowd in the airwaves, and that would be a Monster.

SMU should rock the Dome at America's Center!

Given the 25 Full Seasons of the Dome at America's Center, we've had the Greatest Show on Planet Turf Rock the Dome, Sirr Parker rock the Dome and Kansas State's Trajectory forever, and Roy Williams win his 1st National Championship. I feel as a Sports Fan, SMU should rock the Dome at America's Center.

SMU invading the Gateway City would be Bananas. SMU rocking the Dome would be a Different Kind of Animal like Bigfoot on its Home Footprint. I feel like this would be the only Family-Friendly way to bring it in a Post, partially because it would be the only way to put it out there.

I'd like to see someone put a Coast to Coast Effort in Marketing SMU to their City, amid other things. I'd love to see not necessarily ambush or rampage marketing, just for ambush, rampage, or conquest marketing, which would be empty and we'd get nothing the instant we'd get home.

What I would root for, is it would have been SMU's Inundation of my Home Turf. But, in reality, it would have been greasy and uncalled for, without talking it other with my Home Scions. And, they'd not all have the most robust of opinions.

The brilliance in all of this is I'd feel like wanting to see the Pipelines Bust the Other Way like Chicago to Dallas, St. Louis to Dallas or Eastern Iowa to Dallas. I'd feel like having to see to it, like a surveyor, that Higher Learning would go both ways.

I'd rather would see College Football Gamedays be done sooner than the Kindergartners College Senior Year because what options would be on the table later?

I'd feel SMU would be a lot Stronger in the Future

I feel like I wanted to see SMU make the Playoffs even worse than a Road Game and a Florida Bowl. Especially if that Florida Bowl had the indignity of a Baltimore Bolted Lane Train that left the station for the Midnight Ride to Mississippi and the homestanding FAU Owls only make Dallas Independent and SMU angrier.

I'd feel like Memphis's Takedown left an awful taste in the Program, the City, the School District and the Republic of Texas's Mouths. The Program as in actually being ranked as opposed to me being nice just to say you had a rating just to say so.

The City as in the City of Dallas, which I feel those people, who don't actually see their Flagship always in person, wanted to see the Conference Gold worse than nothing come home better than Duncanville chronically being a Doughboy against North Shore and worse, North Shore taking territory rudely and unceremoniously. Wearing Dallas is one thing and I'd want to see those jerseys up in Eastern Iowa, which is another, but, I'd feel like the lack of love, the lack of respect, doesn't just show up in Erykah Badu, it doesn't show up in the Children's Story, and it doesn't just show up in Pop Culture, but everyday Dallas Texans that don't always get appreciated the effort, and they'd still gripe about the missed Midland Lee vs. Katy Matchup 22 Years Back like an F150.

The Dallas Independent School District needs to be the Urban Flag of the American West, and the American Southwest. I know I hated Chad Morris fly in to the Northwest Arkansas and Fly Out like USC's Collapse, I know I couldn't stand missed oppurtunities and emotion-o-meters regardless of who else won the Heisman, and to tell you the truth, I'd want to see Dallas Independent Students tell you where they where when SMU won their 1st Conference Championship Since 1982.

The Republic of Texas, which is the formal name for the Great State of Texas, which gave birth to the Football Playoffs, feels honked that they don't see no one in the Analog College Football Playoffs. This ain't picking a Wedding Song for a Wedding that may never happen, but, I knew Oklahoma would have been warned off the gas like how they torched Baylor from 25 like it was Vanderbilt, I knew it rip me to shreds that Baylor couldn't ice another remark from Oklahoma. (Texas has the lone Non-OU Remark in the Big XII since 2015, which torches one back at home.) This is not about home, this is not about having Love Have Everything to do with Everything, this is not about redemption and later, none of that. I'd feel haunted that SMU didn't finish Memphis and that craws because OU would be watching the Playoffs on TV while prepping for Florida in Arlington.

I am venting, emotionally, because I've been the only one not associated with SMU in any shape from Eastern Iowa who wants to see SMU Win Big Again, if not bigger than before. I don't have a doubt in my body Arkansas State a Trash Program and I'd have less doubts about OU, LSU, Texas and Texas A and M's Falloffs. This is emotional, even for those who'd feel SMU would be degraded spiritually and culturally as a Junior College Program and even for those who'd want to tear Dallas a nastier anger-o-meter than they've known! Even though it would be mission accomplished on 3 Winless Seasons, 1 On Field, and 2 Because of Death Penalty, and then some, but, I'd feel SMU would be a lot stronger in the future, because I'd rather see them recruit Dallas Independent In Ring if it had to be, but, it wouldn't be a fun flight back to DFW whenever that is.

I Wouldn't Be Ma-Jokey about State Championships

Even though it is an out of character silence on this blog, including a Poll, but, one thing that is in my character that is not ma-jokey or a laughing matter is the lifetime beacon of State Championships.

This is in response to Memphis not dismissing James Wiseman and I don't feel thankful for anything, the way it feels this year. But, in seriousness, I would hit out for my Sunday Poll the White Whale Opponent (SMU) and the Christmas Gift of an At Large at the Same Time.

I'd try Coffee, but, it never jolts like Diet Soda or Energy Caffeine. I feel that my cerebiality comes back to my elders, which I wish more of peers found out of the Lost and Found.

I feel AAU has taken us out of the usual mechanics, IE, Conference, Winter Formal, Not Can I Have a Date, Opening Weekend, amid other things. Whatever I'd like to see, Ironman Days and Nights Racing, Turkey Days that would make my house, anything but a Friendsgiving, because the Work Day is not Fun and that barques everything else.
