A2A Alonso to Andretti would not substitute for actual performance

Other than past IndyCar Offseasons this decade getting skeletal after the mayhem and the drama, I feel this one has more than implanted for the Hype. I feel this whole deal with Alonso to Andretti is both parties saying they are not licked yet. The onus on the Gas Break at Gasoline Alley, is we'd have Newgarden's 1st Indianapolis 500 Glory or Ed Carpenter prosing his way to being the 74th Indianapolis 500 Hero, to the poetic thrill and chagrin of the fan base.

The play has to feel fresh, and fresh would have to not be at home. I'd admit with ARCA Independent being Gone 28 Days Ago and the Hulman George vestiges running their course hours into Standard Time, which was more of a leveling than a refueling, I feel there is too much hype to saturate.

I feel like you'd have to give reason to keep DMX Fresher than the Ice in the Fort Worth Beer Barrel, and no one wants to really bring up Rival Peak's Avalanche. It would be easier to bring up Poetry in Motion than a Rival Peak.

This is not a fishing expedition, and I feel there are too many takeaways that don't involve Georgia On Our Mind, amid other things. If I wanted a fishing expedition, I'd risk my life and neck for one and not frivilous operations.

When Fernando Alonso Gets Fired From McLaren, I'd Suggest He Should Challenge Darlington, Martinsville and Pomona

I feel there will be a When Fernando Alonso gets fired from McLaren, not an if, because this is a Perry Mason Ploy that is the Yo Gotti Stakes to test Fernando Alonso up in the Southern 500, The All American 800 of Martinsville (All American 300, the Whelen All American Answer to the Snowball Derby, and the Goody's 500, combined as one) and the Pomona World Finals.

The best way to make a World Economy? Make one around JUST one person. Seriously.

A lot of Spanairds would be at work JUST over Fernando Alonso and the rest of the World would be in a mad, mad chase like we lost by being a step ahead and we'd be winning if we where 2 or More Steps Ahead.

We'd get our IndyCar National Championship in the rain and Bourdais would have the ball of his career. And, would there be a buckle against the Roval just so people would try to become Martinsville Heroes, and John Hunter Nemechek would need a Martinsville Sweep like Paperback Novels.

Make the World GDP Just For Fernando Alonso...SERIOUSLY!

Is Fernando Alonso actively seeking the Exit with McLaren?

I feel that for all that Fernando Alonso is doing, even staring down Honda from London, precluding his Full Season IndyCar Debut, and rejoining fellow World Champions Kimi Raikkonen and Jenson Button, he is actively seeking the exit with McLaren.

Would Fernando Alonso be worth 75 Points? Or would he look at Renault or IndyCar as another bargaining chip? At this rate, he could try the US Nationals.

But, I feel the handwringing and the handwriting on the wall is not limited to McLaren. Williams was the biggest racing program in my lifetime, and sadly, they are making a whole country look bad.

It'd be easy to say no split allegiances, like no second chances, but, I feel those people would race to win. And, I feel that if Alonso splits out of McLaren, I feel that seat would be open either to an active F1 Star or a superunknown who lucked into a historic seat.

And, the hands of the seas of time would feel split if we quota'd an Italian National into Ferrari where the Iceman is. And, that is not Terry LaBonte.

If Fernando Alonso Wins Indy and Jenson Button Wins Monaco...

I feel like having to state the unintended Open Wheel Tail Wind that has became a Full On Gust of If Fernando Alonso Wins Indy and Jenson Button Wins Monaco, I think Jenson Button Invitiation Tour would be Hawkeye Downs, Cedar County, Benton County, Independence Motor, Marshalltown, Toronto, Long Beach and his 1st Indianapolis 500. I feel if Fernando Alonso runs Indy, Sam Hornish has to run Toronto, Long Beach and the Indy 500.

Granted, other than seeing the boardwall break shockingly, to the chagrin of Ron "Don't Bring Up Weekend Football To Me" Dennis, and other than testing up the American Public, I think the Indy 500 is supposed to be theater, and unless someone ran Hoosier-Hulman-Little-Night Before the 500-Indy 500 and won 3 of those 5 or Won All 5, that be just as theater as the Indianapolis 500.

Granted, in the Southern Fried Crow of all this, with the Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and Biscuits of all this, racing is still a business, like it or not. I feel like too, even though the accomplishment board is starting to open up offline in this future.

Rather than taxing the bar, which barkeeps hate, why not raise the bar?

Upset Runs and Alonso Running to Indy

I feel with the 2M making it as the Lone Eastern Iowan racing at the US Stock Car Short Track Nationals at Bristol, even though I'd feel the Indy 500 Qualifying and All Star Race was not so nicely upstaged, but, that is another topic that would be too deep for a kinda family or family feed. And, the unintended consequence of that move is how Independence, Benton County and Hawkeye Downs's Track Championships are magically up for grabs.

Speaking of Magic, I think Ron Dennis would have deeply nixed an Indy 500 Bid. But, I feel with a Dennisless McLaren, a Near-Breakup With Honda only to anger Lewis Hamilton further, and I doubt Fernando Alonso would keep hot-lapping because its Honda would add a penny, because the fact of that is he'd be more likely to look foolish instead of gaining 75 Expensive Points from Barcelona to Montreal.

What I feel Liberty Media is getting wrong is not seeing the collapse of British F1 Programs. I don't see Williams making 80 Million Dollars in Results like it was Damon Hill or Nigel Mansell, And, with McLaren pulling the "Orange Meltdown" Cam 2 Paint out of Retirement, I think the sadness is Sports Cars haven't grown entirely out of their collapse.

And, I doubt Liberty is in touch with the outside of the Atlanta Area like they rushed to dismiss Ecclestone. Even though I say race everywhere, but, I feel that would have to be the next owner's move.
