Why Not a Chicago State and Creighton Conference Swap?

I feel like wanting to explore my Post Quanity since December in why not a Chicago State and Creighton Conference Swap? Creighton is the only West of the Mississippi Member in the 2013 Big East and Chicago State is the only East of the Mississippi Member of the Western Athletic Conference.

It would not be responsible to have something, than have nothing, then have something again. That would not be responsible. I wish it was Game On when it was Warm, and instead, the biggest insult would be fumigation of the air to kill off the Coronavirus.

Chicago State in tbe Big East would lend a City Championship again in Chicago and I don't know if Creighton would be willing to sign off the Western Athletic Conference when they've publicly criticized it before.

From the A, it would be Easy Work. But, if it was B and C, Creighton would veto such a move from happening. Creighton would not necessarily be welcomed with Arms Wide Open from One Part of the Country to a different Part of the Country and Chicago State would weaken the Rock.

It would be a trade that there would be hardly any upside but a whole lot of downside.

Why not another Crosstown or Metro Conference?

I feel like as a Sports Fan, a lot of Conference Realignment should circuit through Chicago City Limits. DePaul is in the Big East, Chicago State is in the WAC, and Loyola is in the MVC among others. What I would see is having to keep traditional rivalries safe and not try to just nuke willy-nilly because someone tried to be Robin Miller.

What I couldn't resist here in Marion is wanting to see why is it DePaul is not a Big East Giant after 15 Years? I'd feel like I couldn't speak necessarily for Chicago State's future, but, the fact of the matter is I don't know if Chicago State and Creighton swapped memberships and Chicago State be in the Big East and Creighton back in MVC Territory would work?

What I would feel is Creighton is Put On and Northern Iowa is Put Off to the Point that it closer resembles the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Ecosystem it is rather than an orderly campus. Chicago State is not getting 1st Priority in their City or State, and that it is problematic.

The whole moral of the story, is some of us want to be Home or at Home. I don't think we'd need to be relied on because someone else messed up, which is not the purpose of a culture. People do not want to see if how much they'd pull off.

Is the Western Athletic Conference Closer to its Last Iteration?

I feel like the Western Athletic Conference is closer to its last iteration. With a rag-tag membership, even for a Small to Mid Major, I feel it should be the WAC that should start Conference Realignment in the West and Beyond.

It all started with Chicago State not hitting the road, and this is not a trivial time. Then UMKC stated they wouldn't make it to Seattle. I feel in 2020, it would be a shock to see the WAC make it to 60, but, I wouldn't necessarily hold my breath.

Chicago State is the most impoverished of the current Western Athletic Conference Membership and the most impoverished 4 Year University. I am not just saying that because of Chicago State being in the Inner City, but, a lot of these smaller Chicago Colleges fight for the same students.

I don't know what to say, other than keeping Chicago State alive, and them being the lone East of the Mississippi Western Athletic Conference Membership. Even as a Sports Fan, this is too complex and that is the collision of Human Interest and Real Life.

I don't see Chicago State getting handed a lifeline indefinitely. It would cut deeper crosstown, in the Big East's Future, which both have not have Football Since 2012. If anything, I would not mind having a true Crosstown Rivalries or another Mid-Continent Conference Again here in Marion.

There would be a lot of unresolved parts and pieces and I don't think they are taking a serious issue seriously enough.
