Elvis and Hockeytown Are Going at the Same Time

 I do not like preoccupying myself on why we'd have a King Henry the VIII degree of Health Problems in the Indy Car Scene. Uncle Bobby, Bobby Unser died this last month, and Bob Jenkins has Brain Cancer. Lindy Thackston has her own Cancer Issues, AJ Foyt doesn't have far to go and that is among the myriad of health problems.

It is not fun to see Elvis and Hockeytown going at the same time. Helio will circle the square on Back to Backs and it would not be a happy scene to everyone. It is not fun that we'd see Allen Bestwick on the PA like "What Did You Do to My PA?"

Robin Miller is in Poor Health and I don't think he has room to argue about a Schumacher Chassis, especially when Don Schumacher doesn't have that far to go and Sarge is in his Biggest Identity Crisis Since High School.

I hate Dallara so much that I'd want to remarry jobs to the Family Table. Some of these people hawking wares are bad Home Depot Employees if it had to come to that. It is not Freakin' Sweet like "What Did You Do to My PA?" like Allen Bestwick and Peter Griffin's Ilk did not cross paths.

Washington DC Real Estate is Tying Up the Rest of Real Estate

 I feel with Real Estate being more overexposed than it is protected, I feel that Washington DC Real Estate is tying up the Rest of Real Estate. I don't know if it is the Trump Gang's best efforts to avoid Prison, and the shameful undercutting of the Old Post Office by locking in a Multi-Generational Lease to save it from demolition.

The Chevy Chase and the area around it is tying up not just Washington DC Media, but, Washington DC Real Estate. One of the worst nightmares of any Realtor is someone buying the place as a Blocker just to get it off of Realtor's Case.

I feel a lot of Major Real Estate Markets would see it as a Nightmare in a Big Way if there is more people than money, and it becomes a Low Rate Buyout. Instead, there'd be complaints that their Low-Rate Friend or Low-Rent Friends would guard a Protected Property and the worst thing that could happen is the property keeps being on the market.

I am not real happy with the fact Real Estate would be overexposed. Even if we had to run breakneck again, we'd break again.

It Would Be Dangerous To Believe TV Would Play Teacher

 Generally, it would be dangerous to believe TV would play teacher. If we had anything like the Pandemic ever again in my lifetime or lifetimes and we ran short on Teachers and Mom couldn't just take Kids Everywhere like a Tim McGraw Song, it would be dangerous and we'd Stand on the Gas like Mickey Thompson came back and instead of stabilizing West Coast Drag Racing or telling kids all about the UNLV Rebels or SMU Mustangs, we'd stand on our Anti Principle like Eric Cartman.

Even though it would be a Friends Quip, especially that one that would backfire, and for the longest time, Mom wouldn't want her Soaps or Westerns be interrupted as the Kids Played Outside. Principle does not get people hurt and principle saves peoples lives and saves people from Prison.

It would be off the handle and the spout to believe instead of just Eddie Haskell, we'd badger Older Women and badger them for a Lot of Things. There is an ethical deficiency in a lot of my Male Peers and boy, it is a pain!

There is not no "And That's A MOJO Touchdown!" and a focus on a MOJO Booster Club up here in Eastern Iowa. The focus would be having people actually caring about the same thing your caring about, or your stuck with Toys.

The Religious Belief is either someone's Born Again or a Born Again Alcoholic. There is not a middle ground and it feels like it is a Battleground. A lot of these Backchannels are not regulated and the deregulation is a hell of a drug we can't get off of.

I don't want to be doubling down on Eric Cartman. I always think would Trump talk himself back in the House and worse, we'd run the Unemployment Cycle Hillary Rodham Clinton started down to the ground. 

I don't know if these principles would go over people's heads, but, we are more broke than woke and Sicker than a Dog over this mayhem.

Stage Racing, Take A Bow!

 I feel that I want to see actual, real deal Auto Racing unbroken and even sometimes, race Flag to Flag Caution Free. I wouldn't necessarily dislocate the Championship another year quite yet, but, I feel we are ready to dislocate Stage Racing for good.

This whole "Prisoner of the Current" thing is not working and I want to see some true strategy along the way. I don't think I even liked Stage Racing and that would unmoore better things like who would lead the most laps.

This whole ordeal would have us straight up upstaged. I do think we'd need a proper Single Sponsor again and have to tighten it up to deter a Future Viceroy from making us wonder where is the Money Coming From.

I would like to see another Winston Million/No Bull 5 Type Program again and I would think the Cup Series is racing down a Crown Jewel System down the road.

Gaetz of Thrones

 I feel like every time I think of Game of Thrones, it always comes back to South Park. This uneducated hot take would be only making Game of Thrones fans angrier than calling a Wisconsin Man and a Packer Fan a Cheesehead due to the divine, if not miraculous circumstances that led to the Pack being Back.

Trust me, there is nothing divine in the Gaetz and Gates Show. It is not funny in the Gaetz of Thrones, it has now involved missing boats and Jacoby Rants. The Gaetz and Gates Show has real world implications to both Politics and Non-Profits.

Generally, it was not a loot crate to stay in office, but, people actually being interested in actually giving their Hard Earned Money to Political Campaigns. Or even a Loot Crate to get you Free Stuff. Instead, Matt Gaetz is using Full On Looting Tactics and heaven forbid if he was Minority or Underprivileged, which would only incinerate this nightmare worse and further.

The Gates of the Gaetz and Gates Show is Non-Profits would have a nightmare staying in business. And that would help hurt people who need those jobs or better yet, need their people just to have someone to say they have someone. What the Gaetz of Thrones has enabled is Young Women having to need drastic measures to Stay In School or Pay Back their Student Loans.

God forbid if it was not any of these weirdos, Georgia State's Dropout Rate would be higher than some HBCU Colleges and Universities. You can't go to School Not Knowing Who Is or Isn't A Positive Fixture for Kids!

Matt Gaetz does not Want People's Moms! He is the General Scarface kind of Creep, and not just Colonel Scarface! We haven't had anyone personally stick their flag on not taking unethical money or even better yet,  prove in their history that they are not coming in on the fly.

Just dragging things out would not make for better elections.

No One Really Wants Their Hero Being Arrested!

 We keep running into Record Low Fan Decorum especially when we are starting to refill Arenas like 7-11. What is not a 7-11 is that no one really wants their hero being arrested! Even now, in 2021, no one really wants that noise!

I feel the root of these problems is Sports Betting. I wasn't necessarily wanting it to be a wholly Las Vegas Thing, and I'd rather'd throw my chips at Las Vegas to counter Orlando, but, I am mad that these Fan Vibes are hurting series and how these rosters are coming together.

The Knicks will have their Title Hex be 50 and what is not fair is the Pacers, Warriors, Spurs and Heat Seasons are Over, among others. It wouldn't necessarily solve decorum issues, but, what it would do is expect things.

Generally, we are closer if not in the NBA Finals most years. The fact the State Tournament Vibes of the Bubble spoiled any future Lakers- Heat Series. You do not want the West come down to LeBron and what is worse is having to need an Off The Wall NBA Champion like Atlanta to dizzy the Association with Toronto not being able to play in Canada in the Postseason, or LeBron and the Lakers having a Championship among others.

I wouldn't want it to be like the Stanley Cup where the No Dynasty hitting Middle Age or No Back to Back hitting a new depth, especially if we don't want it to circle back to Tom Brady like Jaws and the fact it is the Buccaneers and not the Patriots would be telling.

Why Not Break the City Hex Before it Turns 50?

 I feel that why not break the City Hex before it turns 50? For all our Fair City has suffered through the years, especially with not completely freeing up After All These Years quite yet with a Posthumous 60th and a Proper In School and No Webcam Friday or Whatever Day Before Winter Break, having the Derecho, having Politics, having the Pandemic, and having a lot of other things that aren't pleasant.

I feel mad that Cedar Rapids Jefferson's City Hex will be 50 before their State Championship Hex is finished is not good. From experience, and as a member of the Lisbon Student Body at the time, I expected Cedar Rapids Jefferson to be a National Powerhouse Again. 

I love West Des Moines, but, I am mad that the depths of Cedar Rapids Jefferson, the School and the Football Team has taken unwanted lows and not too many proud highs. I feel that there should be 1 Class High School Football just to keep the Classes and the Associations from falling into obsolescence.

Jobs haven't come back wholly and that is the reason why Jobs and People have transferred into Suburbia and that has even caused the other City Hex, Jefferson's annual inability to beat Cedar Rapids Washington.

It makes the Band of Blue and their fans angry that Cedar Rapids Xavier is the Eastern Iowa Equal to Harlan. I don't know if it is familial, but, it hurts Cedar Rapids Jefferson that not only you'd have a City Hex, but, you'd complain angrily that in Wrestling Season, especially when you'd have to be there early or risk being turned away, that no one in Cedar Rapids or Marion is really interested in State Championships.
