Really? Is the Chauncey Up For Grabs!

 I feel that since the Chauncey's Owner made like Terry McGuinness and left, does that mean the Chauncey is Up for Grabs?

I'd think the throwaway "Batman Beyond" Reference aside, it drives an off the wall Corridor Real Estate Market more off the Wall. The worst thing Realtors would need is More Business to Roll Out like Ludacris as if they needed it already.

I'd swear it would come down to Twinkies and Car Parts just to get the deal done. Seriously. No one has any means to pull off such a deal as if we where to play "Leave It to Beaver", we'd get plenty of nothing done.

But, honestly, this strategy would be more colorful in more ways than one. And, it would not lead Iowa City closer to World Class.

I really wish Iowa City would be World Class again as I feel that that Charm and Aura is Missing.

And, regrettably, there are a lot of other things missing in a Sick Nick of a Culture in the Old Capitol.
