I feel the most sober, non-dropping football with no promises of being UAB, is to have a New Conference JUST to save New Mexico State Football. Even though it is not a political convention on keeping or not keeping Aggie Football, but, I want to save it from the legislators in Santa Fe and a Pizza Hut Meeting to keep the program.
I'd call it the Lowlands Conference, with members from Wyoming, Colorado, Colorado State, Air Force, New Mexico, New Mexico State, Denver, Northern Colorado and UTEP. I feel it would have a valuable not trying to email purpose in restarting Denver Football and encouraging another promotion of Hockey to leave a true Hockey West.
I would feel UTEP should do more than the garden variety Home Run Hire in Football and Basketball that was not out of hiding, or technically, a fugitive from justice over OJ Mayo, Another who Forced and Misplayed his hand and another who was tolerated until he wasn't. I feel the real root of the issue in El Paso is University Support would be hard to come by, and even though El Paso Independent Football is getting rosier, but, the core is not enough to keep in El Paso without it looping into Texas or Texas A and M.
I feel that New Mexico State should have the Valley Ranch of New Mexico, or better yet, a Dome, to host Concerts, Monster Trucks, Supercross, USAC and Oh Yeah, Football, and I'd feel it'd be the Southwestern Minnesota State Fairgrounds in how it'd be wrapped as Park, University and Fairgrounds
