Would Washington State Recruit International to Make their School?

I feel like Washington State is always behind compared to most other Majors as in Facilities. And, I think if Washington State recruits Asia, Austrailia and Canada like it was home, it would make their money in standings.

Problem is, Washington State is not perceived as World Class. And, would the perception of having to at least start the West back as World Class again would rein in some of these International Recruits to UCLA or USC.

The weightier issue of Oregon not winning the right games or Boise State not finishing when they should drags Western College Sports Revenue. And, I do feel apathy is making these standing misfortunes worse.

I am believing most fans would shut out the fact that hard moves still need to happen, and having to plunge them still needs to happen. I wonder if we had a Western American International to see something different, or if the NCAA would be just at a loss for Credentials?
