With Ottumwa High Alumni Chris Ash being history at Rutgers, I feel like wanting to see some form of tangible build in New York and New Jersey. Maryland won't be any more disciplined, and the Eastern Dial will be up for grabs one way or another.
I'd feel if they'd went undefeated on New Jersey alone, it would keep Penn State from locking both a Sell Every Penny and National Ranking Returns, because JoePa or Eddie Robinson would not be okay with the hyprocrisy.
New York City would be the Wild Card here because for the Division I Programs they'd claim in City, they'd claim jump others. Rutgers was 1 Game from winning the Conference in 2006.
In 2019, Rutgers will not bring the Conference Championship Trophy to Piscathaway. Ohio State is still rolling with a 7-2, and that would annoy the better strategies.
Indiana couldn't finish an upset to save them and it gets old at Hoeppner's Rock.
I don't expect having to Road Raid a Championship in 2020, but, that would help. But, it would change Rutgers's role in American History.
