UConn leaving the AAC Could Help Temple and Navy, too.

I feel UConn Football has been nothing short of Battleship Gray in Recent Years, even down to the Concrete Grey of Rentschaler Stadium. And, Princeton outrecruited UConn even though Princeton was Untied, Undefeated and Uninvited to the 1AA Playoffs.

I felt as if Alex Grinch was UConn's Head Coach instead of Oklahoma's 1st Non-Stoops Defensive Coordinatior Since 1998, everyone would have been flocking to UConn throughout the Northeast. But, UConn is not plastic, not the Public State University of Connecticut.

Temple would look worse without UConn. If we had Big East Football and Big East Basketball Division, it would have spilled over into a trade issue. Syracuse would have had problems not being able to even cycle Providence or Georgetown, but, it would have been okay to cycle South Florida.

And, Navy would have had to been cleared for Wichita State to restart Football. And, that would have made BYU reappear in the Mountain West for Air Force. (A Mountain 8 for another Mountain 8 would have not been good Public Relations.)

The reality is UConn needed those National Championships to stay solvent.
