I feel like stating Boston College is being both right and wrong in Not Flying to Texas A and M. The part that is right is the fact is air travel still is nothing to play with in imminently bad conditions.
And, the wrong part is losing a game for the NCAA Tournament on both ends. And, I would not want to rack my mind around a Plane Tragedy, having to start from scratch later, and having nothing but True Freshmen later, and it changing Chestnut Hill for worse.
It's not easy being soft. And, we have more styles than work ethics, which it is a problem. And, by far, Men's College Basketball is the loss leader for academics to the point it drags Sports GPA to the Sub-Basement.
And, the averages of a broken sport is not good, where the Upset NIT Champions have been buried in interpersonal mayhem. And, no amount of physical injury would make anything better, even though we have plenty of Basketball Stars, but, never, plenty of them being on teams after High School or AAU.
