This is part 1 in my Miami: The Grudge Match Series and being wildly inspired to believe if Mark Richt had another Catholics vs. Convicts Confrontation like Miami played Notre Dame. But, Part 1 is my salacious personal favorite, what if Mark Richt led the University of Miami Hurricanes against the Texas Longhorns?
Round 1 would have been "Punishment Enough?" in the nasty, vulgar streets of South Dallas and the Cotton Bowl. Even though the PC thing would have been fill Royal Texas Memorial, but, I am going all the way in to how Randall Hill shot 'em out and made Texans of all stripes mad.
For all the noise Texas made about defending their state like it's OU Red River Shootout Week, the fact is the Herman Longhorns are dangerously underprepared. And, it gets out of control early and often for Texas, as by the end of the 1st, its 28 to Nothing Miami.
The score is 77-0 Miami and as usual, Texas is worked up en route to The Rock, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Stadium, but, Miami makes fast, mad, and furious work of the once powerful Texas Longhorns by a final 112-0.
Editor's Note: I feel that it be closer to real reality, but, I'd feel like we'd get better Sporting Events one way or another and I feel that either way, the competition needs to rise in a bad way. In the sequel, I will air out if Catholics vs. Convicts really happened in the near future.
