I feel what is nutty is Eldridge's 24 Million Dollar Budget is attracting both sides of the QCA. And, I feel like from the delicate, and tempted national fault line,where Illinois has not had a true Freshman Expansion, this 10210 is more AM to PM as opposed to PM to AM.
It would make it easier to house, or consider housing the 100 Yard Equal of the Battleship Quad City Steamwheeler. I feel it is tempting to frame it as wholly a QCA issue, but, if it is winning safety between Eastern Iowa and Chicago, it will not go unnoticed.
And, we are tumbling between Big Government and Small Government like a Harmonica.
It is a slow expand/contract/expand/contract pattern. And, paying top dollar for the Pros, or better yet, those who are turning pro, is on everyone. I know we got a payroll to meet, but, being reminded of it is an issue.
