I'd always wanted to think of Jeremy Mayfield having to wonder why he won Pocono or California the way he did, not the Meth. I'd feel mad that if your a Series Commissioner, letting Jeremy Mayfield race is an uninsurable.
He already is uninsurable to most 18 Wheel Companies since he tried to steal back his Old Big Rig and put a Stop to Red Bull's NASCAR Future. SRX would have worked had it not been Ray Evernham raising Hell about it, if not CBS and CBS Sports.
Uninsurable would be serious, especially if other people needed the Money because of anything Jeremy Mayfield done. I would feel that Davey Hamilton years ago said someone who is an Addict or a Recidivist needlessly puts people in more danger than they are already.
We have had a Period of having Stupid, if not Bogus, US Supreme Court Cases fill our Space. And, somehow, we've had not kicked the habit. We have not kicked the habit of Toxic Workplaces, and I don't mean having to plug a Collar or 30 Other Things we do not know about.
I would think Promoters would need the Money more than Spending it in Court. It's harder to explain a McMansion to potential Real Estate Buyers because Houses are Supposed to be 30 Years.
