I feel instead of kowtowing to someone who's easily mad, I feel acheivement is healthier. Acheivement is hard to find, and being trucked by a program who is the mess is not a good image. And, it is easy to say the Sky is Falling, but, actually loving your work is another story.
It's very easy, if not too easy to say, "Peace Out, and I'll Send You A Postcard from Las Vegas, Hawaii or Austrailia saying I'll be there for more than 12 Weeks." We are in a period where quality is never enough, and the logic keeps running away from us.
And, people are happier to hear acheivement rather than be kept runnin'. If we where kept runnin' until January 1st, 2021 , our legs and wallet would be sore long before then. But, that would lid a full on shutdown on production and nobody would really be happy.
And, if we did everything around one person or one group of people, we'd leave nothing but problems.
