Why not reissue Dennis Byrd's #90 to the Best Returning NY Jet every year?

I want to state this is not another "Petition So and So and Such and Such to Canton" , because we get that a lot already. I want to see finality as with him being in the great Draft Class of 1989 his enshrinement in Canton. It would be a stretch to have a Non Running Back canonized with Canton over a short career, but, its about the man, not the career.

I don't want to beat around the bush here, as a Special Needs Gentleman, I feel like why not reissue Dennis Byrd's #90 to the best returning Jet like Michigan issues #1 in Football ? It wouldn't be the most visible Jet Number, and that is a good thing.

And, to extol American History here, I want to see The Walking Man get his number and tale stay in circulation. I am aware the Jets deissued then retired the 90 Years Later, but, the Americans With Disabilities Act was signed in 1990.

I'd really want to see principle behind the merchandise. We've had 10 Years worth of merchandise every year until we ran out of money and we ran out to get SWAGged and they ran out of reasons to screenprint expensive merchandise JUST as Wedding or Graduation or For Whoever gifts or cause merchandise with the 10 Years Angle again.

Unfortunately, we can't hide from the fact 25 Years of Medical Diagnosises can't be replicated again, but, what about if we had to pay folk within reason or their relatives, which is harder than we realize to come home to if we have no support or Natural Social Network and even though Tom Jackson retired from ESPN last Summer, but, where IS his playing career in Canton?
