Don "The Snake" Prudhomme Will Make His 1st Raceday Start Since 1994 Winston World Finals in Mexican 10000

I feel like wanting to at least leave you a good thing from time to time on this blog, even though it is the de facto Home of the College Football Poll and the National Championship Of College Football Postseason, Don "The Snake" Prudhomme will make his 1st Raceday Start Since the 1994 Winston World Finals in the Mexican 10000.

And, in start history, it is his 1st Non-Drag Racing Start since 1980, where he admittedly quit IROC "while he was ahead." And, it is his 1st Off Road Start in 50 Years, where he never really got to the dirt then.

The whole tale, when he finished 2nd to the Late Scott Kalitta in the 1994 Winston Top Fuel Standings, was he wanted to be the 1st NHRA Nitro Double (Top Fuel-Funny Car) Champion and win Number 50 Finals before his career ended.

And, I feel in this day in "Right Thing to Do", I'd hope to at least see Don "The Snake" Prudhomme make his first proper car start since the 1989 Winston World Finals, the Silver World Finals. I don't think that would be the most realistic thing going, but, I feel there has to be all options on the table like Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway needs to stay in Business for Monster NASCAR Cup Racing.
