I hate to even inundate being a Devil's Advocate or even inundate a Rebuttal Round permenantly, even regularly, but, we could be left with a St. Louis Styled "Better Together" Scenario that the only way it would pass is if Harlan or anyone else in Western Iowa mustered up the state's majority.
The dangerous thing, is we have key matters that need airing out, like having a Johnson County Courthouse/ Cedar Rapids-Iowa City Regional Jail and having to retain the Office Seats in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City and I feel like Dallas County always has terrible timing trying to get new Law Enforcement and Detention Centers because there is more people than registered voters.
I feel like it would be necessary, given that interregional rivalries split up our communities and scutting meetings because someone found out is not good. Our obstruction cycle is going off the rails.
There are obvious non-returns that need answering and I think that the real issue in monetization or having key roles be offices is matters burn over to a fever pitch. I am thinking if key matters keep coming up, I do believe it would need such a resolution.
