I feel like having to admit how close where we to really having Tee Martin or Mike Leach leading the Vols out the Tunnel at Neyland Stadium? And, what is scarier, is The University of Tennessee or its students are no closer to progress.
And, it burns my Winter Skies later that we almost got Tee Martin to enter Neyland again as the favored Big Orange for the 1st Time since the 1998 National Championship. And, what is torching, is having SEC Championship Worthy Athletes and not doing ANYTHING with them.
And, the fires in the skies aren't any better. And, if Phillip Fulmer has to cross paths with Mr. Nehlen in Athletic Competition this Summer, that would be icing on the cake. And, Tennessee has only taken collapse to childish heights and that hurt.
And, if they said yes to a Childish Giant in Mike Leach or a Multitime Hyprocrite in Bobby Petrino, the not so childish collapse would still have arteured. And, their towns hurt like nothing and they need role models for kids.
And, focusing on the Drake Relays and the Championships is easy on the Gravy Boat, but, your kids can't just allow themselves to be forgotten. And that includes having a Brazilworthy Home Upset in the NCAA Tournament. Whiskey Wars hurt Public Opinion and even though they might not be one in the same, I'd feel like what is lost is the Tennessee Tough, Tennessee Trust, and the Tennessee Transparency like Reynolds Wrap.
