Reluctance to Reschedule Qualifying in Cup Division is not a Joy

I feel like I am not loving the reluctance to reschedule qualifying in the Cup Division. Essentially, the mindset is running like Hobbits and we don't have true 2nd Round Qualifying for the back of the field like we did in the 1990s.

What I think is disorderly is having all the taboos of a cruise ship. And, even though companies have gotten mad about playing with the weekend schedule, but, I feel that we are still stuck over a busy winter. 900 Miles and Laps through Bristol and Richmond is not for nothing, even if Mother Nature didn't cause problems.

Granted, it is not a fair topic, and people generally run from hard topics. Even if we had a Dale Jr. rising like 1999, I feel Qualifying would need some serious correction. And, when we do have 40 Plus Cars on the entry list again, there'd be teams missing qualifying is no option.

And, I think a lot of things would slow down if we had a good to greater owner-driver again. And, even though it is not quite the Fall of 2008 where not having qualifying was a streak, and not just a pattern, but, it is not getting comfortable, either.
