Could the Tri Rivers 4 (Alburnett, Central City, Springville and North Linn) Make a Bruising Substate in the Future?

What I think is both raw and awful is having a bruising Substate where it could be anywhere where either you'd win half the State Championships or none of them depending on how the upsets broken down. And, I think North Linn's enrollment bump is not forever, nor having to play West Branch or Aplington Parkersburg as potential, but, I feel potential 2023 to 2019 are two different things.

And, we'd have ourselves the roughest Substate Scenarios anywhere in the United States, and not just Washington and Kennedy having to play Bett and Pleasant Valley, and Prairie and Jefferson having to play Marshalltown and Ames, and that would make for a bruising and very uncomfortable State Tournament Round when the chips are down.

What is awkward is instead of having to steal a Runner Up from Legitamate State Champions had it been anything but Alburnett, it would sate having to be the De Facto Favorite by the time we'd hit the Arena, and, it would be akin to Lisbon-Lincoln-Solon-Mount Vernon (All 4 Not In Conference, but, still very raw and rough battles.)

And, even for Conference Realignments and Consolidations, said block would be as omnipresent as the Prison Block of No Intoxicated Persons on a School Property. I know we are used to rivalries as much as family, and I feel that they are forever in thick like they cut too deep.

I don't know if the Tri Rivers 4 would be a better cluster name b/c Center Point was the 5th in the Room and since has grown bigger and it'd be tough if it was 0-6 Wins, and it'd be tougher when it was Valley-Dowling-Ankeny Community-SE Polk Stakes and Chips
