I would feel like a lot of people neglect having a Great Image for one reason or another. I would generally say, as our culture has to evolve, Cosplayers do not stick long term. We had Oceans of Elvis or Liza Minnelli Impersonators, but, that is different.
It would scare me that everyone would have a Fan Base. Excuse me, a Fan Base is something that should be reserved for someone that truly earned it. I would feel like any time Burner is in a discussion, that should be license to run out of the house.
We'd have too many people that are bad and more bad. That is a problem, especially if income is not bottomless and you can't overstate how much you'd have. That is a problem, too.
If someone had to quit or shut things down, it would be because they had to or they didn't agree with a rule, policy, or person. They would generally, not quit for nothing unless they got something to hide.
It is not funny when certain people are not Young and they are not being or going about being productive. It is not Wine and or Roses because people would have the right to be fed up and ticked off.
What it should be if someone's seat gets Red Hot like the 4th of July, you should let them go. I am not a boss or a General Manager, but, usually, there is a period of not wanting to believe something is true until you admit and get wise.
