Not Nice: Why is it there are Joke Teams in the Major NASCAR Touring Series?

I feel like what is not so nice is how is it there are Joke Teams as in J-O-K-E Teams that would employ Bad People or People Off The Street? This does not help sponsors and to tell you the truth, I am Red in Rage that for all the times they would prolong Hangman just to give the guy everything rather than just tell me the obvious.

My cousin sadly knows about Mike Harmon Racing wrecking Penske Cars and wrecking Childress Cars and that affects their sponsors. Sadly, this affects everything from the quality of people to the sponsors.

I don't think if we where off the Phone Lines for a while, those type of teams would exist. We would try to create another Brad Loney/ Johnny Spaw Outfit BEFORE we would throw our money at some of these joke Programs just to have XFinity Series in Tipton. 

The joke program mentality has pushed some of the most unbelievable diecasts in the history of diecasts, and that is a major letdown! While we are on letdowns, we would have a Hawkeye Downs Pit Crew for whenever some of these smaller teams come to town.

The sport takes a lot out of a lot of people. You don't do anyone any favors by taking from people or taking from a lot of people.

If I had some mental capacity to book these series, I don't know if Hawkeye Downs or Tipton would be less of an escape than Newton. I would be happier if you had an All London or All Paris Based Cup Series Team and their 2nd Base was New York City just to get out of International Airports Faster. Would rebasing just to get out of somewhere else be good?
