What Would the Cup Series Going West Later in the Year Achieve?

I feel like if anything, the Cup Series is needing to be ripe for a sense of Long Term Direction. The Series will be 75 in a Few Years and to be fair, we are closer to the Whiner than the Winner. What I would do different or feel happier is have Sonoma, Las Vegas and Phoenix at the end of the Season.

While we are whiff on key matters that stick, we'd have Gateway, Nashville, Newton and Road America for the Poconos, and Spring Las Vegas and Phoenix. I don't know if Miami after Daytona would have whipped up a Home Field Advantage unless we have a Florida Team and Driver, but, I'd need a sense of having to at least repair cars after the Daytona 500.

If this was about Florida Speedweeks, which it could be all about, it would save a surreal start and keep another surreal start happening. What we don't have is new builds for venues that would be prepared to be in line for the Cup Series.

There is no way Rockingham is prepared for formal racing, and we'd have to stipulate Atlanta Motor Speedway would have to be repaved. We would need a Snowball Derby Qualifier out of Nashville, or the Cup Series equal to the All American 400.

We have not had 1st Time Winners in Cup at Las Vegas, Kansas, Miami, Kentucky, or Chicagoland. The wilder part is their Opening Days had been within a 6 Year Range (1995-2001), each of them have had a recent Cup Series Premiere at their Venues (1998-2011), and I don't know if we would have broken the Championship Cycle, Carl Edwards included, at Las Vegas, but, I don't know if we'd get a 5 In A Row in the Cup Series, but, a 7 in a Row River of First Time Winners en route out of Richmond?
