Why not make it a Rider to Replace Dodger Stadium?

I feel like why not make it a Rider to Replace Dodger Stadium in the future? I would feel like replacing Dodger Stadium should be a necessary evil, for a myriad of reasons. In the Dodgers Los Angeles History, Dodger Stadium has been home to a myriad of classic moments for the Dodgers.

I don't think that it would get past this decade and its Anaheim counterpart is due for a replacement. The oldest stadiums in Major League Baseball are Wrigley Field, Fenway Park, Dodger Stadium, Angel Stadium, dba The Big A, and Oakland Coliseum. It has been holding for years and what is obvious is Oakland Coliseum, in spite of its Youth on this Board, is the Most Due for a Replacement.

Either a Replacement in Oakland or Las Vegas, which would be the only options. Where the dominoes would fall in the Rest of the Country would be the fact the Renovations would stop working in Fenway or Wrigley and in Los Angeles, the likelier replacements would be due in the 2030's.
