I am bothered Cedar Rapids had to explain themselves over Winter Weather and worse, they are getting the Clarissa Treatment. Even Worse, they can't punch their way out of "Kevin The Zero" of Welcome Freshmen if it was in front of them, which it was in Mock Trial in the Mid 1990's.
Ever since I have been in the Cedar Rapids-Marion Area, Cedar Rapids Public and Parochial have gotten regressively and then later aggressively worse. That's 17 going on 18 Years and that is not good.
Cedar Rapids always had a Stronger Sense of Delay, Cancellation, Early Dismissal and Let It Ride than it has. As a Lifelong Eastern Iowan, and a Lifelong Iowan, I feel Nothing but Anger when Cedar Rapids is into their day, Iowa City Cancels, and Mount Vernon and Lisbon Delay.
The only color that mattered is Gray, especially if that Gray hampers everything around School and Makes Alumni Frustrated. It is not fair to wait in Ice Bowl Conditions for the Bus and that life is not good.
