I feel for as much as the Chili Bowl was hyped, the quality of racing was not good for the amount of hype. I feel mad and upset that the quality of Motorsports Coverage has hit the deck along with the quantity, and that is with NBCSN going dark at the end of last year.
It is hell to have no anyone, not even a Postmodern Day Bob Jenkins who'd be unflappable. We should have thought of that when Jason Jacoby was showing his Sim Rig to Today and GMA among others.
I really feel that the Hype Machine is Not Necessarily Good and that is the only thing getting people out. I've felt strongly against wanting Give Back Equipment, because that would cost $ and I feel that we'd should have a Winter Sprint Championship for years.
This is a Serious Issue and most of them do not have a Real Chance at Winning. What would really be off the hook is having another Tony Stewart or Michael Waltrip instead of having a Geoff Bodine or Ricky Rudd barely keeping their cars together.
