Why Not A New and Improved NHL Win Tally?

I feel like the Overtime Loss Point should have never came to fruition. I would feel why not a new and improved NHL Win Tally. I would start out with 0 for Losses, Plain and Simple. Any and all losses would not be worth any points on the Playoff Tally. 1 Point Should be for Ties. I would reintroduce the Tie in the Event to save Regular Season Games from Going All Night. 2 Points for Non Conference Wins. I would structure Non Conference Games 1st for that Reason. I would say 4 Points Per Conference Wins, because Conference Games Should Mean More, 8 Points Per Division Win, Because that would elevate Playoff Berths, 16 Points Per Rivalry Game Wins and 32 Points Per Winter Classic/Stadium Series Victory.

I would feel like with the Kraken cracking into the NHL, it would already behave like an 80 Point Team Annually from the Start. The hegemony in this would mean a 40 Win Team Every Year at Least, when most expansion teams barely scratch 20 Wins in their 1st Years. I don't think it is officialized yet, but, the Road to the Breakout would leave some unsolved matters along the way.

We'd have a Division Championship Series, and we'd have times that Edmonton would have made a Race in the Stanley Cup Playoffs like before. Where the hangup in all of this would be if the Arizona Coyotes Matter would pass next February 22nd, 2021, or if Houston is serious in acquiring the Coyotes and restarting them as the Aeros, another WHA Legacy.

The 2nd Part of this would be the Toronto- Columbus- Nashville Realignment Angle. Like it or not, the Angle if the Coyotes stayed in place Long Term that I would want to see would be Detroit and Columbus in the West, and Toronto and Nashville in the East. It would put the Nashville Predators closer to their Southeastern Archrivals and would formalize a Southeast Division again, with Nashville replacing Atlanta and starting another Expansion Row again, with the Quebec Nordiques, Hartford Whalers, Atlanta, and the Milwaukee Admirals.

In other words, I do not see the Coyotes as a Long Term Fixture and the Aeros angle would nix Columbus being West again, and that solemn Hockey Hall of Fame Game would mean a Double between the Maple Leafs and the Red Wings, which I called for a Hall of Fame Game-Winter Classic Slating had the Red Wings stayed West. The Red Wings would be West Again, and Points would be hard to come by, and on the plus side, if Toronto was West, we would have a Maple Leafs-Bruins or Maple Leafs-Canadiens Stanley Cup Final.
