If Dover and Pocono Do Not Sell Out, they are On the Bubble!

 The whole purpose is to Cover Everyone Within Reason and I feel our Summer Stalwarts Dover and Pocono do not sell out, they are on the bubble! 

For starters, Dover Downs's Constitution Day Race went by the wayside and their 2 Weekend Races went by the wayside, too. I do not think people are comfortable with having to go with Complete Sellouts even though Capacity has opened up.

The chances of having your date wind up with Memphis or St. Louis are getting stronger, especially if NASCAR does not necessarily have a Long Term Appetite to Coo the Fairgrounds and to reinforce St. Louis's Indy Car Date.

It is rude, especially if Englishtown and Wall Stadium closed during the last few years and it would be harder to see Maple Grove and Dwight cross paths like it is a Season 17 of the US Office and it causes major discomfort.
