Why not have the Supercross World Championship Return to Las Vegas?

I feel like for as much Salt Lake City has been a Great Host of the Supercross World Championship and reviled for shutting down Sports at the same time, I really want to see the Supercross World Championship Return to Las Vegas. I actually have grown and a lot of Supercross Fans have grown up on Las Vegas being the Home of the Supercross World Championship.

Even though I am not a Las Vegas Fan necessarily, but, I feel that having SoFi Stadium and Allegiant Stadium be a part of the Supercross Fold should happen. Next year would be the 50th Birthday of Supercross and I would feel that the acknowledgement of that should happen.

It doesn't feel right in the Sports Year that we do not have Angel Stadium starting the Supercross Year, the Rose Bowl starting the year or the Winternationals actually starting alongside Daytona. It does not help that the actual American West hardly did see their Supercross 250 Heroes this year.

Instead, we got one if not the coldest Supercross Air Temperature Race Dates on Record when Supercross Tires where bouncing like Basketballs at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. It is a farce, even though the AMA and Feld Motorsports had to put together a schedule that largely, in the end, was viewed as "Thank God It's Over", amid other things.

My question is why not actually have the Supercross World Championship Return to Las Vegas?
