I wonder, instead of having to sink GDP to race Formula One and bring International Shame, I wonder if anyone and I mean literally anyone raced Formula One? I would think it would be the Racing Equal of being 3 Feet from the Plane and it would be a nightmare.
It would be a nightmare that you'd talk yourself into a Program, be Just a Kid From No Nowhere, and instead of having a Local Legion of Fans, you startle and make people wonder. And, not always in a good way, either.
If it was running blistering Qualifying Laps and then you try to do the same thing in Racing, and the Car Falls Apart, people would notice the gargantuan mockery of reliability. You'd be fined for blowing engines prematurely and every weekend is exactly the same, where you max out the quality of your equipment like a Racing Cedar Rapids Jefferson, and your on Bucket Brigade to weld parts.
It hurts everything from Socials to Merchandising and Real People who'd want to be in Formula One would actually join Formula One just to bring some pride back in the Sport. You'd think of some bizarre stuff, like having to bribe the vendor with Twinkies and Bourbon for Car Parts, and that is knowing that you wouldn't have the money.
