This has not gotten unnoticed with me because the Oregon Ducks have led Sports and Entertainment with Empty Hype and left nothing to show for it besides being Handsomely Rewarded and getting Texas Style Facilities in the West. This would start with the Florida State Rivalry, even though the analog confrontations have been few and far between, but, they have shaken the countryside. Oregon has made it a habit to make Bizarre Rivalries Nationally that would not otherwise exist.
The next Oregon Ducks National Rivalry would be the Alabama Crimson Tide, which is a Cultural Split Identity. Oregon has won the Hype Machine Battle a long time ago, but, Alabama has won the Record Book Battle. I would believe that any Oregon-Alabama Rivalry would rock the Countryside. Alabama has had more National Championships under Nick Saban than Oregon has had Head Football Coaches.
The next Oregon Ducks National Rivalry is South Carolina Gamecocks. Dawn Staley is not happy Oregon is getting all of the love and South Carolina has gotten the gip treatement. I feel the Gamecocks would steal the Gold from Oregon the next chance available.
If WrestleMania came to Autzen Field, I would know that it would be Oregon's 1st 100,000 Attendance Day. But that is neither here or there.
