I feel like even though we do not have Holiday Tournaments in this State, even though there are times I'd wished we had, but, I'd feel like Iowa Boys Basketball Class 3A is looking more like parity, even in Western Iowa, where the standings next to never changed.
This would upset things for a lot of reasons, including for those who'd set their Road Maps to the Arena on an annual basis. This has to be the most solid, non-consolidated Class in the State and it is spinning off the wall.
It is not a this year or last year issue, its been going for 3 Years and I'd hope next year being Fall/Winter 2021 would try to restore some of these programs or discover what we would have. It is worrying because not everyone has access to a Smartphone or a Front Page, and the canyons of the standings can't go away unnoticed.
It speaks volumes when the Worst in the West would bring home a State Championship, and the Best in the West's Treble has gotten increasingly lonely and impatient. I don't know if any equal to me out in the Western Part of Iowa would not be wrong, even though their Sports People would be more chisel and not have as far to go.
It would be a long time since we'd have real Games of the Year in Basketball that wouldn't have been littered with the same people or person because they haven't handled their affairs well.
