I feel like I am preparing Baylor and the Greater Waco and McLennan County Communities for the sadly inevitable NOT on Memorial Day Weekend, mind you, for Matt Rhule being out the door for the NFL Soon. I don't want to just prep for no good reason and say, I told you..so.. , but, I feel his perpensity to being the Head Football Giant is inevitable.
No one since Grant Teaff has retired a Baylor Bear, and no one in Waco wants Art Briles again, even though he cranked the program beyond a Kansas State and into a Florida. Art Briles is more likely to be in trouble with the University of Texas for railing Mount Vernon Independent into the Ground.
I don't know if Mike Singletary will come home to his Alma Mater to lead the Bears at last. What Rhule's inevitable departure would do is destabilize the Big XII Standings beyond belief, as West Virginia is not a Press Virginia, Jason Garrett's Firing will come down to a When, and Tom Herman would have to either deal with a New TCU or a New Oklahoma Head Coaching Rival.
I doubt you'd have All Time Expulsions or All Time Court Systems, this time around, but, even for the Trophy Loot, you still can't substitute for an actual Not Play Teacher who'd actually be interested in leading, actually be interested in making their Schools and Jobs Safe, actually care about everyday people, all day, everyday.
In a matter of days, it will be in other places in America, it would be Tony Elliott,who is tangled up with Clemson for another couple weeks, even though I'd wished Tigers vs. Tigers be Tomorrow Night to tie 1983 with 2019, but that is not the jig now.
If that was the jig, it would be the 1st Tangible Sports Memory of the 2020s and a Big One at That, too. Second would be Northwest Missouri State and Third would be Mount Union, as the other two would be irreparably damaged by their Head Coaches Promotion and that would change Division II or Division III Forever.
