I feel that the handover between LC Walker Arena (Original Name) to Mercy Health Arena (Corporate Name) makes me thing No Way it lasts 15 More Years! I hate calling BS on the obvious, because I'd feel we'd get a New Madison Square Garden, which is the last of the 1970s NHL Arenas in Commission.
It is not as stately as Madison Square Garden, and hosted every Western Michigan Show until Van Andel Arena came up. The wise in getting wise is that Williams Arena, Allen Fieldhouse, Welsh-Ryan are all older than LC Walker and if all 3 are asked to be replaced, then that would nudge a big hand.
Other than down the interstate, where no control and no accountability go arm in arm like Coaching Buyouts and having to expect the same results, nobody wins when it is 6 Figure Arrest or Arrests or 6 Figure Losses. I don't believe Stop-Losses resolve anything other than taking away the privilege of learning or the expectation of learning.
I'd sense if anything, having to persuade a replacement LC Walker would be a fight, like having to go down pegs on Minor Pro Hockey, which the fan base has not recovered from.
