Is Shohei Ohtani Going to Break the Roger Maris Record? I would think Fargo-Moorhead would be upset about their Grand Old Man Record being Written Off in 2021. It is a legitimate thought that Maris's Home Run Record Tally would be in the past.
I was mad in Middle School when Ken Griffey,Jr. was not able to pass Roger Maris in the Home Run Hero Fever Pitch. The All Star Game, regrettably, meant the least this year, and I feel we'd have to make it right to Los Angeles and Atlanta at some point.
I wouldn't necessarily know when we'd actually have people in Playoff Contention, and it would cause having to print World Series Tickets that would never be used, like 1999, and that would be a story on its own.
