What Would be Done for a Successful Atlanta NHL Franchise

I feel that for as much thought as was tossed around for San Jose to have an NHL Franchise, not a lot has been taken for Atlanta other than "Here's the Franchise". I don't think Ted Turner is interested in Atlanta or Lassoing another NHL Hockey Team.

I would think the biggest thing is having a Georgia and Georgia Tech Varsity Ice Hockey Program. I am irritated and mad that there is no Major Southeastern or Most Southwestern Brand Name College Ice Hockey Program other than Arizona State.

I feel that getting Ice Hockey and Atlanta to Work is a chore and a challenge, with the Thrashers contributing to Half the Atlanta Ice Hockey History. If I was General Manager, the common refrain is the Hockey Hall of Fame having to branch Regional Franchise Histories as much as them keeping the Stanley Cup.

This would be pertinent because the Knights are their Lone League Champion, and Atlanta has not had their privilege of having their Own Hockey Hall of Famers. It is criminal, even though the Thrashers Era had more common League Trophies than that of the Flames Era, and I feel that having to lasso the Blueland Sweaters away from Winnipeg would be just as an ordeal as having to get Winnipeg their Iteration of their Stickhand Logo.

This is not the Quebec Nordiques, Hartford Whalers, Oakland Seals or Minnesota North Stars, and having to do this because Phoenix would come back up in the Next Year and having a Houston Aeros NHL Relocation would have to push the Hockey Hall of Fame into such moves.
