College Football Program Mannerism Board

I feel like bringing up the College Football Program Mannerism Board more as a guide to any current or historic Program Matters.

I would start with Oregon's inability to finish games has been a habit for 12 Years. For as much as they have tried and succeeded to swag out Popular Culture, the area that is missing is in the Hardware.

Iowa and Wisconsin always are a game they shouldn't lose away from a National Championship. I find this piquing because the Hawkeyes and the Badgers always lose a game or two that would keep them from making that 100 Million Playoff Payday just for making the Postseason.

Indiana has been On the Verge for 14 Years and Minnesota has been On the Verge for 24 Years. This is the second big Midwest Separate But Unrelated Hex that has burned through the years.

Washington has been the Greatest Non-Outright National Champion for almost 30 Years.

Washington State has been hexed by Ryan Leaf and his still problem decorum worse than California.

Colorado is on their 3rd Straight Coach and a very active USC Hex that torches the Rocky Mountains worse than nothing.

Nebraska is closer to NCAA Problems than that of actually winning a 6th National Championship.

SMU has been close to a Conference Championship the Last 12 Years (Which is better than having to bug Mid 1980's Births about real things to their Parents)

Baylor always tends to steal away Texas and Texas A and M Talent.

Oklahoma makes it a bad habit to lose Playoff Games.

Northern Iowa is the Original Playoff Hex Nationally.

Central (Iowa) is the NCAA Championship Hex in My State.

Cornell College has never made the NCAA Playoffs

Grinnell has not gotten over being jilted out of a Chance at Mount Union in 1998

Northwestern and Kansas State got good at the Same Time.

Iowa would need a Playoff Berth to Backfill their Shortfall and Iowa State would need an Oklahoma Win like it was Alabama in front of their People to Backfill their Shortfall

Problems occur when Notre Dame misses key talents and lets them go elsewhere

Ohio State has been Win At All Costs for a Generation

Michigan has a Bingo Board of Misfortunes from Outright National Championships all the Way Down to Ohio State Glories

Virginia is the helm of the Non Outright Championship Hex

Virginia Tech goes about the National Championship Every Year and the not having of the Lunchpail will worsen it.

Drake Stadium longs for Playoff Football of Any Kind.

Duke will be worsened into Championship Glory

Georgia will likely spend their way out of a Powerhouse before they'd get there again.

HBCU Campuses would go off if the Best Players really gave them the time of day again.

And

I still feel like Hawaii should overtake the Pacific
