Would a Canadian Grand Prix at Toronto and a United States Grand Prix at St. Pete Hold Water?

I feel like kicking the ball around in would a Canadian Grand Prix at Toronto and a United States Grand Prix at St. Petersburg hold water? With Trois Riveries coming into this decade being the Oldest North American Street Circuit Annual and Long Beach being the Oldest Street Circuit Annual Stateside, I wonder would a Canadian Grand Prix in Canada's Biggest City hold water and would a USGP on the West Coast of Florida in St. Petersburg hold water, too?

I feel in tall tale time, the sour patch is both International Honda and US Honda, who'd both sponsor these races. Other than trying to catch the tiger by the toes with an Indianapolis to Indianapolis Policy, which would have worked, but, I would see would Silverstone and Toronto be Back to Back and would offloading Formula One to Tampa Bay do anything?

We would not have a Street Circuit USGP in nearly 30 Years and it was an awful one at that in Phoenix when Bob Bondurant tried to argue off having the USGP at Firebird, requisite with an NHRA Dragstrip and the best Fords off the Factory and Bobby Jobe tried to argue the USGP at PIR, which for reasons, was the USGP that should have never happened.

It would be like reviving the Milwaukee Mile, and I would still argue with the tower in I wouldn't have risked it if that was me. A Montreal for Toronto Sister Trade would tick off Fort Worth big time and its fans. It would be all fun and games until Texas is Messed With and that would be a problem.

The answer would be if Long Beach either had to stand down to Penske for a Network TV Date or become a World Championship, which it almost did. I would flip for the Month of May, Monaco and LeMans being part of the World Championship would be grand and having a Super World Championship would rearrange the Indy Car Schedule in a big way. I would think keeping Toronto and St. Petersburg alive as Formula One Races would be the way to keep them alive this year.
