How Would A Conference USA/Sun Belt Stock Sale Work?

I would look at a Conference USA/Sun Belt Merger as a Stock Sale, because neither of them would sell stocks and secondly, it would be a stock sale because 22 Members would be too big for a Conference. The reason I would call it a Stock Sale would be partially because there is no other good way to say this.

There is discontent brewing in the member ranks of both Conferences Schools and the fact Rice would want their Equals later and having UTEP-New Mexico-New Mexico State as Conference Games later would not be lost here. 

This would aggravate Conference Realignment and having to need a Super Conference Realignment Day like 2003. It would go down eras of the Internet we where more adjusted for than what we are and I feel like it is flooring as a fan that there'd be plans later to consolidate the current day FCS Division into the FBS Fold.

I have been saying that for years and to make it worse, I feel like North Dakota State's Runs have glared over the need for a Single Division I Football or better than that, College Football the Sport to be Whole in crowning a National Champion.

Boise State has tried to get out of the Mountain West and that would make it easier with a Consolidated Division I and BYU has tried to get Utah last in the West again annually to no avail and that would be having to uproot Arizona, Arizona State and Colorado in the Process along with Utah later.
